   After dithering for more than two decades over replacing our kitchen in the basement of a 19th century house, Julia and I had Victoria Kitchens do the job. They were excellent to deal with, had a wide range of products and ideas on offer, and could mock up designs with CAD. Stefan, Simona and their designer Bernard strive for a great job, are very receptive, and are supremely professional, practical and passionate. Most of all, in a process that stretched from our first visit in August to installation in November and snagging in December, they have been a pleasure to deal with. Bottom line, we found out first hand why using a single company for your entire kitchen installation offers convenience, expertise, and time savings. We would highly recommend them.

   From start to finish, the experience with Victoria Kitchens was fantastic. The company has a real family feel, they’ve been working together for many years now and you can tell they genuinely care about the results and keeping their customers happy. I’m so glad I chose a more independent company; the difference in personal service really shows. The design process with Bernard was excellent. I’ve ended up with more space and storage than I ever thought possible. There were many options but thanks to his guidance, I never felt overwhelmed, just fully supported at every stage. I added a few extra elements, a vintage fireplace for one, but we worked together to find a cohesive layout and design that would work. It was handy being able to go to the showroom, talk through the options and interact with the products. The installation was completely stress-free; I wasn’t expecting that! Stefan’s team arrived when they said they would, worked incredibly hard, and clearly took real pride in what they do. I was surprised every day with how much progress was made. It wasn’t just a simple kitchen fit either, they needed to change the floor, build a new wall, re-wire everything, re-do the plumbing, change the lights, radiator etc., even when the usual small challenges cropped up, there was no fuss, just teamwork and a positive attitude throughout. Pricewise, it was all very well communicated, there were no surprises and I felt in control the whole time. The result is truly amazing. Everything feels high-quality and built to last. I couldn’t be happier with how it’s turned out and would absolutely recommend Victoria Kitchens to anyone looking for a kitchen that’s beautifully designed and expertly fitted.

   We recently had Victoria Kitchens London, led by Stefan, complete a full flat renovation in Aldgate East, including a new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, heating, and ceiling rework and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From the very first meeting with Bernard, the showroom designer, the experience was first-class. Bernard set the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional design-and-build partnership. He helped us make the most of our space and find clever solutions to the quirky layout of our early 20th-century flat (in a former school and community centre) full of character but not without challenges. When the building work began, Stefan and his team brought that same thoughtful, professional approach to life. The craftsmanship and finish are top-notch. You can tell they genuinely care about quality. Our old property threw up surprises at every turn, but the team handled each one properly, never cutting corners. A great example: they discovered a significant damp issue behind where the new kitchen was going. It wasn’t even our wall to fix, yet they made sure it was resolved by the freeholder before continuing. They also uncovered and corrected several problems left by previous builders which will save us headaches later. Throughout the project, communication was clear, timelines were kept, and pricing was transparent and fair with no hidden extras or surprises. Stefan’s reliability, integrity, and problem-solving made what could have been a stressful renovation feel smooth and well managed. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, high-quality builder or kitchen renovation specialist in London, we couldn’t recommend Victoria Kitchens more highly. Honest, skilled, and genuinely passionate about their work… an absolute pleasure from start to finish.

   Extremely happy with the kitchen, excellent service and communication throughout. Finished product is excellent quality and more than I hoped for when starting the process. I went in with a rough idea of what I wanted and to compare quotes to some of the bigger chains. Design and quote process was simpler than other places and final quote was cheaper including a couple of extras that were not previously in the plans; so decided to go with Victoria Kitchens for the final design. Communication was excellent throughout, design process was very simple and collaborative. Quoted timescales for implementation were much quicker than competitors and the final build process started on time and was finished even quicker than originally quoted. Workmanship throughout the build was top quality, highly recommend Victoria Kitchens.

   Having walked past the door of Victoria Kitchens many times, assuming from what I could see that they would be way outside my price range, I decided to give them ago. I had a rough design and quote from a big kitchen chain, and thought it would do no harm to get a comparison. I was immediately warmly welcomed and when I told Bernard (the nice designer who greeted me) what I was expecting he told me that while their units were more expensive (but better quality!) their fitting costs were usually much lower and overall he thought he could match them. And he was true to his word (not counting the more expensive choices I made along the way - but that’s on me). Bernard was able to design me a much better kitchen than I could ever have got from a big chain, and Stefan and his team did a brilliant job in the installation. Great quality work and professional in their approach. They turned a tired kitchen living room into a modern room that still suits the mid-century building it fits in. I highly recommend them all - and will be looking to work with them again in future on the rest of the flat (don’t be fooled by the name of the business - they do far more than just kitchens!) , Bernard, Stefan and the whole team for your hard work. I’m very happy with the result - it would never have looked this good if it weren’t for your design Bernard, and the installation has been very well done and the team professional the whole way through. I will go and say the same on Google now. I hope I can work with you again on the bathroom and the floors in the bedrooms to bring the whole place up to the same standard - I just need to save up a bit before I can start that

   We are very happy to report that we experienced a 5 star service from start to finish with in-toto kitchens.Our kitchen was designed and ordered in Nov 2019. We received the units fully assembled in Feb 2020 along with all the appliances ordered. I made several calls to the office and always receved excellent service from Ebs, Jas and the whole team. There were a couple of units which had slight damage which was reported to the office and they quickly responded and took ownership of any problems. The kitchen was fitted in Feb and looks fantastic - everybody loves it and that's where we spend most of our time now! Highly recommended for the excellent service and high quality German products.

   I have never once regretted deciding on In Toto in Greenwich for the new kitchen. The styles and build quality are the best I have found for the price range. I was open minded about the design and a very appealling design was worked up quickly. My circumstances changed and I needed a redesign - no problem and the new design was worked out just as quickly and willingly. The team that did some preparatory building work and the one which fitted the kitchen were excellent in the quality, with fantastic attention to detail, and cleanliness. In particular, the prep building work lead to an unavoidable change and the team were excellent in fitting the units round the obstruction. The measuring and fitting of the worktop then glass splashback came at the end of the fitting out. This was unexpected and stretched out the completion but it was worth it because the worktop and splashback fit perfectly. I am so pleased with the final appearance. OK I had to pay and it was good value. I was surprised I didn’t have to pay anything till I placed the order despite all the design work changes and throughout support from the In Toto team was wonderful. If I ever need a new kitchen, I know where I’ll be going!

Bernard and team were friendly, professional and knowledgeable in helping us through the design and planning phase and the end result looks exactly like it did on their rendering software. The kitchen units are of high quality and look superb in our newly renovated kitchen (which they also helped arrange through their fitting team). Everyone who's seen it says it looks like a showroom kitchen!
