Our server was Emma who was pleasant, professional and friendly BUT - as seems usual for BK - the food was only warm Yes, it was tasty - we ordered a milkshake too which are the best of all the fast food places as are the fries - but they always seem to serve warm rather than hot food So 5 stars for Emma but only 3 overall
Popped in Tuesday morning 14th sept, Into Burger King for breakfast but had burger instead. The place was clean and tidy, staff were friendly and served me quickly. Food was hot, fresh, and tasted great. Overall, a nice experience for a morning visit!
Understaffed for starters and I need not worry about over eating, cheeseburger meal, expensive and the thin brown disk was around two thirds the size of the bun and was the saddest, most forlorn looking burger I have ever seen. Successfully.didnt jver eat, off to m&s to get some lunch.
The staff here are miserable, very slow and not great at their job. Watching them prepare our food was painful. They all had one speed and could not even try to look like they enjoy their job.food was nice but no napkins in the bag and no forks for the loaded fries.
I came early, so no queue and food was very hot and tasty. Best Burger King on service stations I’ve seen in a while.
Should have looked at other reviews before going there. The staff clearly don’t give a single cr@p about customers. As most people stated, it wasn’t busy yet I was waiting an age for my food. Saw 5 people in the kitchen having a chat with a randomer that they seemed to know entering through the back door, no orders being prepared whilst more and more people were waiting. After calling them out I was told that the burger takes ten minutes to cook, after a 20 minute wait I received two stone cold burgers. Obviously went back to complain and obviously didn’t receive a care in the world. Contacted Burger King HQ and also never heard back from them, it’s been a month. Burger King is too expensive for this so won’t be returning to any of them.
Came here for a food stop after 3hrs of driving with 2 more to go. Was extremely hungry and decided to get bk. I waited in the queue (it was only me in it) to be served. Unfortunately all the self order machines were not working. I only saw one employee there and was waiting around 5 mins, until I got a peak of 2 more round the corner in what seemed to be the managers office where they were just having a chat. In the meantime the one employee just kept staring at me. One other came out, also looked at me and did absolutely nothing. 15 mins waiting and this point, haven't even ordered food and decided to just drive off. Poor guy next to me with a receipt in his hand was also waiting for at least 15 mins also. Not exactly what fast food is meant to be now is it?
It was pretty busy but we still got our food fairly quickly. Staff were hard working. Huge fan of the BK brand and standards here were good. Everyone enjoyed their meal.
Kyle and Becky are an absolute disgrace. I waited 1hr for food and they were just stood chatting for such a long time. We complained asked the manager (Becky) for an update after 30mins - she laughed at us and said it would take as long as it takes and that we should complain to head office. Utterly appalling and rude at a very unbusy time. I will never eat at a BK again.
Terribly slow staff. Ordered 2 milkshakes and a bag of chips, milkshake machine stopped working after waiting for 10 minutes. Had a refund on the whole order but I wasn’t able to have my chips. Hugely disappointed. Go to greggs or costa instead!!
