I recently used Nationwide Parcel Services for a home move from Leeds to Manchester and the service was absolutely fantastic. At short notice, Emma was able to arrange movers to move my furniture and belongings out of my flat to secure storage for a few weeks and then on to my new property when it was ready to move into. I was sent pictures of my items in storage and told how I could access them if needs be. Cam and Megg who dealt with moving the furniture and items were friendly, punctual, patient and extremely careful - nothing was damaged and it was a pleasure to deal with them. They also navigated two difficult parking situations! I would highly recommend Nationwide Parcel Services to anybody - thank you again!
Amazing service from start to finish! I messaged late the night before I needed a van and I got a reply straight away from Emma. She was fab and gave me a really reasonable quote. Our delivery driver, Camran, then arrived bang on the time arranged and was fantastic! He took amazing care of everything, wrapped it all up for us and delivered it so quickly! He was so friendly and overall provided an exceptional service. Will 100% be using again.
We recently moved from a flat to another flat (in different cities) and one of them didn’t have a lift, so we were expecting a stressful day! Thankfully, the two-man removal team were absolutely brilliant. From the moment they arrived, they were calm, friendly and incredibly well-organised. They came fully prepared with all the equipment needed and handled everything with great care and efficiency.
