“Excellent service from Thornhill to Leeds. Driver arrived at pick up 10 minutes early so I had no worries about being late for hospital appointment. The car was very clean and well looked after. When I phoned the firm again to pick up at Leeds hospital I was told the car would be there in about 30 minutes however with it being school run time there was a few minutes delay but I was informed about this via text from the owner of the firm. I had the same driver who dropped off at the hospital.The driver was very friendly and apologised for the delay, the journey both ways was a pleasant and steady journey. I very rarely use taxis but I will definitely use this firm every time I need a taxi highly recommended and definitely worth five stars.”

“I ordered a taxi yesterday from Quarry house to Leeds station. We were really pushed for time and the driver got us to the station, gave our receipt and change all so efficiently that we were able to make the train with two minutes to spare! The young driver (number 450; unfortunately I did not take his name) who took our party of 4 to the station was so efficient, kind and friendly and definitely managed to calm our nerves. In my rush I forgot to even give him a tip, which I regretted all the way back to London. Thank you driver number 450, we wish you all the very best in life.”
