Called for a taxi, "15 minutes as roads are busy", no problem. Called 30 minutes later to ask where the taxi was, he said a few words I couldn't make out then the line went quiet, few seconds later he hung up. Joined Uber and was picked up 14 minutes later. Five Star never turned up. Would rather crawl home than call them again.
