   I waited 40 minutes for this taxi. This is a shock for me since i have been calling this taxi for three years and it has never failed me. The operators do not care and say the same thing every time. Avoid this taxi branch

   they took so long an ive gotten detentions bc they were so late and sometimes they are early an i had to wake up befor my alarm just call this taxi service. Not reliable the operator is rude and lies abt the taxi coming in five or two minutes

   Was quoted an approximate price of £24 for taxi, was quite prepared for the price to be a couple of pounds more but when the taxi driver takes the wrong turn and adds an additional 4 miles to the journey and the price ends up been £31.50, it's not acceptable that we had to pay for the drivers error

   Booked a taxi and because I wasn't able to answer a call from an unknown number it gets cancelled. Then when I call them, all I get is someone being rude and talking down to me, as an autistic adult, this doesn't help with my condition, so thank youu for your rudeness and I'll be taking this to the council in the morning. I also have the record of the callfor them to listen to.

   Video of driver crossing 4 lanes of traffic on a roundabout because he was in the wrong lane. missed your turn? go to the next safest place to make your menouver esspecial when you have a customer in the car. Good job I was aware of your incompitence as a driver or I would have had to defend myself to an insurance company. God help your customers. FP14LXO Black Toyota Auris Beware!
