   DPD has been one of the worst delivery services. Callum, one of deliver drivers, falsely claimed that he attempted delivery even though he never came on that day. My parcel has been directed to local collection point. It has been nearly a week now and it has not been sent to collection point. I have contacted DPD service line a few times and all they said that they reached out to local deport and not my problem anymore. Very poor service!!

   Driver from this depot just hit and run my parked vehicle in crown point. It's been reported to the police and insurance, cctv and witnesses observed it. Reg noted. Just an fyi if you see this.

   I have been waiting for my parcel and driver did not come to deliver my parcel and he was few streets away. He put as return item was not ready but my item was ready. Contacted the DPD office the lady on the phone was un professional and rude. she told me to wait till evening and been told the driver will deliver the parcel if he gets chance...... Is was absolutely wast of time this DPD thing........

   Still not had a reply from them. I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a parcel collection that was scheduled for Thursday 18th September. The driver arrived but advised he did not have room in his van and assured me he would return the same day at 1:30 PM. Unfortunately, he never returned, and I have not received any further communication about the rescheduled collection. I paid for next day delivery, which clearly has not been fulfilled. My client is expecting this parcel by Monday, but as of now, it remains uncollected, putting me in a very difficult position. This service failure is unacceptable. Additionally, I have found it extremely difficult to reach a representative to resolve this issue, which only adds to my frustration.

   I’m usually a regular DPD customer and have parcels delivered by them almost every week without any issues. However, today I had a particularly disappointing experience. I was tracking a food parcel that needed to arrive today so I could get it into the fridge promptly. The app showed that the driver Rajnish was only about 15 minutes away with around 6 or 7 stops left before reaching me. Then, out of nowhere, the app suddenly updated to say that the driver couldn't find my address and that my parcel couldn’t be delivered. This is extremely strange because I’ve had numerous successful deliveries to the exact same address. It’s clear that the driver didn’t actually attempt to deliver the parcel and just marked it as undeliverable instead of making an effort. I also noticed that the driver was running very late, originally supposed to arrive around midday but still hadn’t shown up by 2 PM. It seems like they just decided not to complete all deliveries and took the easy way out. Unfortunately, there’s no way to contact the driver directly through DPD, so I’m left writing this review instead. This was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience.

   Got an email saying my parcel will me arriving at 10:11am to 11:11am, waiting downstairs in my living room, I see the van passes the font street and go's to the back street, then I receive an email saying will miss you, I check my cctv, the driver trying to deliver it to the wrong house. Now I have wait till January 3rd to pick up my parcel from a local shop.

   Would've given zero stars but sadly not an option! Finally received my package today to find everything inside completely shattered! This is despite the box being labelled fragile, glass!! Shocking service!

   Utter shambles of an organisation, complete liars and not worth dealing with. Apparently I was not available to accept my parcel, yet it was supposed to have been delivered to a drop off point as agreed and as per the app. I though the point of a drop off point was to be able to pick it up at a time to suit you. Again shambles of a company

   What a liar driver.yesterday I did wait for my delivery from 8 am until 12.15pm.he didn’t show up at all,even not been left notice,that we missed you.and later on when I check my tracking number,it’s been mentioned,that he been here in my house 11.30.what a lier????driver Richie.I have camera at home.and I checked camera in that time,between 11am until 12.15 no one came to my house.and in the car parking dpd van in that time didn’t show up at all. Very disappointed with your service and particularly drivers liars

   Worst delivery firm . I paid for next day delivery i was told it was going to be a day late . Was the. Given a time slot of 10am to 11am they showed up at 5pm .
