   Honestly, if I’d had to come here again. I would. Food was absolutely amazing. So as the service and atmosphere. If I could give more stars to the service, I would. There was this nice employee called Leona. Honestly, she was so kind. If I could choose someone to serve me again, it would 100% be Leona. She is a nice girl. The atmosphere was absolutely lovely. We was able to sit down, and enjoy my meal. Thank you.

   I had a great experience at Burger King! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was craving. The Whopper was juicy and full of flavor, and the fries were perfectly crispy. The staff were friendly and quick with the service, even though it was pretty busy. The restaurant was clean and had a nice, relaxed atmosphere. Definitely one of the best fast-food spots for a quick and satisfying meal. Highly recommend!

   Fantastic Food & Outstanding Service from Mariama! I recently visited Burger King and had such a great experience that I felt compelled to leave a review. The food, as always, was spot on. The Whopper was fresh, hot, and prepared exactly how I asked, and the fries were perfectly crispy. It was everything you want from a fast-food meal-quick, satisfying, and delicious. However, the real highlight of my visit was the service, thanks to a wonderful team member named Mariama. She was working the counter and was incredibly friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. I had a small modification request for my order, and she handled it with a cheerful attitude and ensured it was done correctly. Her positive energy really stood out, even during a busy lunch rush. It's rare to get service that is both fast and genuinely warm in a fast-food setting, but Mariama delivered! If you're looking for a reliably great meal and service with a genuine smile, I highly recommend this Burger King location. Kudos to Mariama for making my lunch break that much better!

   Stopped by this Burger King after a long day for a quick bite. The food was hot and fresh, and the place was clean and well-kept. It didn’t take long for my order to come out, and it looked great. I wanted to give a special thank you to Amadou who was really polite and helpful. The customer service was great. Definitely happy with my visit

   Don't go here very often anymore. used to love the breakfasts (which they dont do anymore) although they were often running out of things. My wife had to complain to Burger King at one point but they said it had nothing to do with them as it was just a franchise BK or something?! surely it still has their name on it. Anyway, a few years on and it seems a bit better. our little one likes to stop off for a burger or nuggets on our way home from shopping sometimes.

   Ordered a "gourmet" burger for £9.99 and it came with about two crispy onions and was barely warm. Fries were cold, dry and no salt whatsoever Also, they don't do mobile ordering and head office can't help you if you have complaints, as they are franchised. I'd say merry hill branch just down the road is marginally better, but not by much! Disappointing for such a big brand !

   Wished I'd read the reviews before coming to this drive thru for a £4.99 melt burger meal. Driven home to open the meal and find the fries are dry and luke warm, cheesy balls (all three of them) were oily and the less said about the burger the better. If I had purchased this meal as a dine in I would have returned it. Never had a burger from BK which was cold and such poor quality so I can only blame the service at this particular drive thru. Have been to Willenhall drive thru a couple times and no issues with the Birmingham city restaurants either. Save your money and drive past.

   We have been to this burger king 4 times now and every single time we sit in the drive through for ages with no one there to take our order. They always get our orders wrong as well. We asked for an extra patty on a burger last time which usually costs £1 and they charged us for a whole extra burger.
