After getting a number of quotes the one from Aim was very competitive and more reasonable than a couple of their competitors so decided to go with them. Good communication in the run up to the move, we had last minute changes of dates due to others in the chain and Aim were flexible and did not let us down. The service on the day was fantastic, a decent size crew appeared with enough vehicles to ensure we could do it all in one trip. The lads were all polite and just got on with the job. Really experienced as they knew how to load up and keep all our belongings safe. Really helpful making sure everything where we wanted it to be when we arrived at our new home. You have enough to stress about during a home move and Aim take a part of that stress away
Great communication from Michael from the start including offering to come see the previous place first to give us a better quote on all our things. Turns out they were able to remove 2-3 bedroom house in one swift move which was great and the guys didn't take long at all to load and unload. The guys who helped us were very communicative with where to place things if they were unsure and made sure we were happy with the service, which we were. Thanks for helping us move!
What can I say - these guys were so helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them and everything ran smoothly. They arrived on time as arranged, dismantled and assembled beds with good humour. Michael kept us up to date with regular text messages and responded quickly to any queries. Our furniture had to go into storage for a few days while we had some work carried out on the house we were moving in to, and everything went as planned. Absolutely fantastic, the last couple of weeks before the move were really stressful, but clear and regular communication from AIM was a constant reassurance. On the move day we had such a wonderful group of movers who were respectful of our belongings (and we had A LOT of stuff), helpful, friendly and made what could have been a stressful day really calm, and gave us a .positive start in our new home. Can't recommend AIM highly enough, really grateful they were our movers.
Michael and his team were excellent despite our move date being delayed more than once. They were on time to pack up our belongings, checking with us constantly about which items were going where. The property we were moving into was smaller than the one we were leaving so unpacking at the other end was a work of art, items going into the bungalow had to be taken up a set of stairs, the rest into garage space. The team were cheerful, friendly and efficient, we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wanting an efficient and friendly company.
We were a challenging 2,600 sq.ft. house move but Michael sent a team of 7 strong, courteous young lads and 3 vans. The move was done without fuss or drama. The day started with loading at 9:15am and the move was complete by 7pm. It was a long day but the lads didn't complain. A couple of minor damaged items which is to be expected but the team were as careful as could be. Price was competitive, service was brilliant. Thanks Michael - a great job! Highly recommended.
