    I was at home upstairs and heard the letter box go and thought it was the postman, but no - it was DPD. The bell didn't ring inside and the driver never knocked. I therefore called DPD, explaining that the neighbour they had given my parcel to (according to their card) had caused criminal damage to my home and had caused me multiple issues and the police had been involved. DPD confirmed that the parcel would be picked up and returned to me today. I called hours later to check progress check - to be told now that their driver had finished for the day, had no plans to EVER pick up the parcel, nor deliver it to its rightful place. So not only did DPD fail to deliver my parcel when I was at home, they gave it to a neighbour who has caused me serious issues, having DPD about this they they blatantly lied and told me that they would pick up the parcel and deliver it to me, as it should have been done in the first place, to my home. But having called them hours later for an update - they then tell me a different story and refuse to honour their promise. It speaks to the very careless and highly unprofessional service this company operates. Please share this post with family and friends. In addition, I asked to speak to a manager but was told I could not speak to one there and then.

    Diguisting service by dpd, I ordered a phone as a Christmas gift for my son and the dpd driver turned up and didn't even attempt to deliver he took a picture of my house and left saying sorry we missed you, I checked my cctv and that is the case he never attempted to deliver. Now theyre saying they can't deliver the phone before the 29th which is pointless and you can't even speak to someone over the phone because of their stupid automated system. Never going to use dpd again.

    I receive deliveries almost daily, so I’m generally understanding when the odd delay or minor issue happens. However, this situation with DPD is completely unacceptable. A package from a jewellery retailer was marked as delivered, yet DPD admitted it was delivered to an entirely different postcode. The address on the parcel was clearly and prominently displayed, so this was not a simple mistake. What’s worse than the delivery failure is the customer service β€” unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility. Intercepting and misdelivering a high-value item is shocking, and the lack of accountability afterward makes it even worse. This has been an incredibly poor experience, and I will go out of my way to avoid using DPD’s services in the future.

    This has been one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had with DPD. On the first day, I waited at home all day during the scheduled delivery window. The tracking was later updated to β€œWe missed you”, which was completely untrue β€” I was home the entire time. The so-called proof of attempt showed a photo of a different house door that is not my property. After contacting customer service, I was told the parcel would be re-attempted at 7:00 PM the same day. I waited again, only to be told later that the van was emptied and no delivery was made. The second day was just as bad. I was informed that a delivery attempt was made at 7:00 AM, yet there was no photo, no evidence, and no knock or doorbell. Once again, I was at home and no attempt was made. Now I’m being told they will try again the same day or on Monday, after already wasting multiple days of my time. The tracking information is inaccurate, the delivery attempts appear false, and the communication is extremely poor. This experience has been frustrating, unreliable, and completely unacceptable. I would not trust DPD for time-sensitive deliveries.

    Awful service - ordered to a locker, wasn't delivered on the day. App said it would be the next day... Then the next day... But no delivery. Customer service is a chat bot which just tells you the detailed tracking information is in the app. But the app has been wrong three days in a row. Said they failed to deliver to the locker on the first day- but gave no information as to *why* so myself and the seller have no idea what went wrong.

    Having paid extra for next day delivery and because I knew we would not be at home, I opted for delivery to any neighbour. The driver made no attempt to deliver to neighbours, 4 of whom were in. Instead, 2 'we called' cards were left. I rang DPD quoting one of the numbers to be told that my parcel had been delivered yesterday at 5.15 to a neighbour at number 10. It wasn't even dispatched then! Absolute rubbish delivery. Could not get through to speak to anyone. What a waste if money.

    I would give no stars if I could. This morning I got a notification to say my driver was 15 minutes away, Carl then decided to deliver my parcel at 7:43am to a different address half a mile away, different road. He took a photo and left it by an unopen door and went on his merry way. DPD customer doesn't open until 8am, they were not helpful at all. I had to go out and find the door and speak to the people, they had not had a knock on the door or a ring of the doorbell. DPD drivers need to learn how to read addresses, my house has a number this house that it was delivered to has a name

    Absolutely shocking service. I paid for next day delivery and 3 days later still no parcel. The delivery driver has 'attempted delivery' 3 times. But the photo shows he has clearly gone to the wrong address. Spoke to staff several times, who sound like they just can't be arsed and aren't interested in helping. Still no parcel.

    Used their premium next day delivery and still waiting for parcel a week later…management at this depot need sacking! I understand it’s a busy time of year and there can be delays. However, it would be nice if you was honest and transparent with customers instead of telling us there’s a 1 day delay when in fact it’s 6+ days….

    If I could leave a 0 star rating I would regarding DPD customer service and delivery promises. I've been waiting since the 3rd of December( now the 13th) for a parcel to be delivered with promises every day and still no sign or alternative solutions. I have been told of issues with the Morley branch and I'll get it when this issue is sorted. Absolutely unacceptable.
