I wouldn’t recommend this firm for house moves. They were very slow and trying to get information from them was difficult. Communication was poor. It was only when I complained things actually got moving.
Our vendors used LFBB Solicitors, in our recent house purchase. The communication from them was incredibly slow with our solicitor (and they didnt respond at all to our the vendors own estate agents). These delays led to the initial exchange date being missed and further delayed, which threatened the sale. This appears to be a theme in other reviews
Helpful, friendly and professional; they sorted my conveyancing promptly and without issues. Would recommend and will be using again if the need arises.
I have used this firm for many years and recently used new services. It has been a very difficult time and the matters haven't been straight-forward, but each person at all levels of the company was professional, compassionate and did what they said they would do (or rectified any misunderstandings swiftly). I found each Solicitor I have dealt with to be approachable, clear in their advice and available to speak to, or returned my calls within reasonable timescales (and sometimes above and beyond what I would have expected). They reassured and calmly guided me, step by step, through to successful outcomes. I'm very grateful and will be sticking with them should the need arise in the future.

Whatever we need we pick the phone up and there’s someone to deal with what we need! They are absolutely the number 1 solicitors in Sheffield there’s no doubting that! We would not use anyone else! They’re like an extension of our family especially Roy Lewis I’d have him stand my corner on any argument!

I would not recommend this company if you are moving home. They do not seem to understand some of the basics of the process or the legalities involved. They are incredibly slow and will put any chain you are in in jeopardy of collapse.
