   UPDATE: I'm actually having huge problems following up on fixing a couple of items, so maybe be cautious before booking in. Not really sure what the problem is at the moment - it could be the phone lines, but I haven't had an email response either. ------We did a lot of research before choosing Blackstone and were particularly impressed by the willingness of James and Lauren to fit us in against the odds. They were patient and helpful - bringing their own advice as well as incorporating our wishes. Lauren's design was particularly beautiful - from her colour choice to layout. It was a huge help to see the 3D mockup in VR! Through no fault of their own, the installation had to be delayed by some months. They accommodated this without complaint, even though it put pressure on them to fit it in to the schedule. The team were clear about what every step involved and gave us a level of service that made us feel like their most important clients. The project manager Peter was always quick to respond and deal with queries in the best way. The installation went really smoothly, despite difficulties that came up - everything was dealt with. "Don't worry about it" was a much used phrase, and exactly the kind of reassurance I needed. So many companies provide "bespoke" kitchens and it is hard to dig into what that really means. For us, Black stone created some really unique features that made our kitchen work for us and we are very grateful for their time spent getting it right, reassuring us, and just generally looking after us. I have heard that getting a kitchen installed can be a real stress, so we were very grateful to be looked after so well. Thank you team - we have been very happy with your customer service throughout the whole process.

   Best value and excellent workmanship Blackstones have just fitted my new kitchen and the process from start to finish has been exceptional. Lauren has a natural flair and creativity and designed the kitchen of my dreams. I was assigned Peter as my project manager and nothing was too much trouble, his knowledge and experience with planning and fitting ensured that I got what I wanted for my kitchen without compromises and that any hiccups along the way were not turned into a drama. My build was delayed due to the bad weather and blackstones did not make it an issue to make and then store my kitchen at their premises. They visited my property before during and after to ensure I was 100% happy. The fitters were extremely dedicated and experienced and did an excellent job. The on-site painters were tidy and perfectionists insuring a good job too. If you are debating whether to go mainstream kitchen or bespoke please go to Blackstones. They are nowhere near as expensive as other bespoke fitters yet still get excellent results. I was dubious paying deposits upfront but should not have worried as this company are genuine and take pride in their work and company. One of the best decisions I made with my new kitchen extension was choosing Blackstones.

   Blackstones completed our kitchen in April 2022 we were absolutely delighted with it and the service we received was second to none. However recently an unfortunate incident occured and one of our cabinetry drawers got a nasty scratch on it! We contacted Blackstones and today they have kindly arrived and repainted the drawer. Absolutely fantastic service. Thank you to Joey and Craig. The after service from this company is amazing. If you want a fabulous kitchen and outstanding service I couldn't recommend Blackstones enough.

   Blackstone As soon as we walked in to the showroom we knew we were in safe hands. We have been undergoing a project on our dream home and the kitchen was going be biggest investment, so needed to get it right. We booked in a design with Blackstone and set out upon our journey. We were open to suggestions as we trusted James and Lauren as the experts. We now have double island layout with a booth at the end of one of the islands, it was a stroke of genius and a bold suggestion to start with! The area is now set up for socialising and spending time with family and friends. The Gin bar adds a touch of class and it will be used (a lot) over the festive period. We also had a double book case with a low level seating area underneath the window. The area flows so well, it has the feel and look of a prestigious hotel but also the comfort of a cosy house. As the project moved forward and started to take shape Blackstone continued to develop ideas to improve the finished product which were incorporated into the kitchen design without fuss. It is a big decision and major investment buying a Kitchen but it’s a decision we got right. Blackstone have the professionalism and precision but also have the family feel and give care and attention. We are very excited about using the kitchen now Blackstone have completed the installation. Thank you the the Blackstone team Barry, Victoria and Finlay

   We are so pleased with our kitchen and couldn’t recommend Blackstone’s enough for a truly outstanding service and luxury finish! The whole experience from the design process to installation was professional and fun! James, Megan and the team made us feel at ease knowing they had every detail covered, making sure we were getting the very best design and exactly what we wanted & more! We are already looking into having more work done with them and we can’t wait to get started.
