   Very frustrating experience! The Post Office is only open for 2 hours a day and it’s about an 18-minute drive from my area – completely inconvenient. I clearly asked them to leave my parcel with my neighbour, but they ignored the request and took it back to the Post Office instead. It’s like they didn’t even read my message. I followed the Royal Mail website’s recommendation, but the whole process was a waste of time. Really poor service.

   Received my neighbours mail. The door numbers are large and obvious. If confidential mail is being put in the wrong letter boxes it's a data protection issue!

   The Royal Mail staff at Batley Delivery Office are lovely, kind, cheerful and friendly and so are the delivery staff. Some silly person keeps changing their opening hours to being incorrect on Google. They are in fact open 8am to 10am Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm (midday) Saturday and closed Sunday.

   I have been waiting for a tracked 48 hours since Thursday last week. Delivery attempted apparently but no card left. Second delivery attempted Saturday before I opened the shop, again no card left so I was unaware of these attempts till I down loaded the app. Out for delivery again today my shop is closed but I went and sat there till 12:30 which was the latest time to be delivered no sign of my parcel. I could have collected from sorting office or arranged for it to be left at my post office in Birstall for me to pick up but I haven't been given the opportunity to do that as no card was left on the first attempted delivery. Shocking service and a waste of a morning. Thank you for that. My granddaughter won't get her dress now for her party.

   Apart from only been open between 8-10 they were very effective in retrieving my parcel that had come from Peru after it passed through UK customs it ended up at Middlesex MC less than 24hours later it was at my door. It's also Xmas so that's pretty darn good on royal mails behalf.

   Nice walk here to get couple of items. Very nice friendly staff. Small area for 3 to fit in max else others easier our in the cold and rain! But they are fast to get your parcel. No stress experience.

   Very poor service compared with other couriers, little communication with customers. Location itself is extremely inconvenient, complete out of area at least a 20 minutes journey with a car. Fail to keep customers informed on time changes usually closed when going to collect. Collection times are also too little offering no flexibility. Don't give any deliver option to deliver to a neighbor. This service needs improving dramatically, a tracking service with further delivery preference would help out massively with this service allowing customers to choose whether they would prefer a parcel to be left in a safe place.
