The tall man, with glasses and beard, I am not sure what kind of service he’s offering over there but definitely not a customer service. Rude had a terrible attitude and I have no clue why. Just a bully attitude towards my father. Made me so sad
Had a kitchen designed by howdens. Managed to get everything I wanted. Went slightly over budget. But I am over the moon with the result. Would recommend and would use again.
5 stars for now Ordered a kitchen here, as a tradesman the teamwork with the designer is important All was delivered as planned, designer Emma went above and beyond to keep my client happy Can not fault
Ikea kitchen quality at double the price. Not pleased with the quality of the kitchen at all. Customer service was not great either. People I spoke to were not helpful and even a bit rude. They were nice up until I signed contract and paid then became very unhelpful.
We bought some internal doors the lady was very knowledgeable and told us we needed very good
Really friendly and polite girls behind the counter and warehouse lad was really good aswell, served with a smile, excellent service
I recently had some problems with my kitchen doors. They were out of warranty and Howdens were under no obligation to do anything about it. Their manager Steve Hayes came out to see me, took photos and said he would do what he could. He kept in touch with me and the quality control department duly agreed to replace them. Howdens even offered to deliver the replacements. Outstanding customer service in my book.
