   My brother at Outlane is not getting his mail within the expected time. I posted his sons 18th Birthday card on Thursday last week, sent first class £1.70 to arrive by this Monday. Its Thursday now, a week after posting first class and still no card. He has lots of issues with mail not arriving. Paying £1.70p for a small 25g letter is expensive, but when I hear it hasn't even arrived its so infuriating. This office needs to improve and quick or people will use other providers.

   The fact that the place is only open 2 hours a day in the morning is ridiculous and from what experience my partner has had and seen, the staff are vile. Thankful we don't have to use this place often.

   Need tone more specific on opening hours. States today that hours may differ due to bank holiday but doesn’t shay differ by not opening at all. People in the office are nice tho when they are open

   Northumberland Street Post Office is excellent. Sadly, it is closing down and amalgamating with New Street Post office in the New Year. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Hopefully, they will be able to move to the new one.

   As ever, naff experience. I'm here because royal fail has, once again, failed to do what they should, then they force you to come here to be spoken to in an arrogant manner, after having queued round the block to get in in the first place. Oh, that's if it's even open...
