   We recently used Stanford Design and were really impressed with the excellent service from Ken, Fiona, and Richard throughout the entire process. From the initial design stage through to installation — including the worktop and supply of appliances — everything was seamless. The quality of the kitchen is outstanding, and being able to choose any colour from leading paint companies was great. The finish is superb and on the whole competitively priced. The installation by Richard and his team was meticulous, including the bespoke build-out of our kitchen mantel, which looks fantastic. Aftercare has also been excellent — any minor snagging or queries were dealt with promptly and attentively. We’re absolutely delighted with the result and would highly recommend Stanford Design to anyone looking for a high-quality, luxury kitchen. It’s always great to use a reputable local family business too.

   From start to finish the whole experience was spot on. Ken designed our bespoke kitchen & layout for maximum practicality and the drawings were exact and faultless. The units and finish, fitted by Richard and team are of excellent quality, and we would highly recommend Stanford Design. Ken and Fiona were so helpful and always on hand for any questions. We chose Stanford Design straight from our initial appointment because of their enthusiasm, confidence and ideas.

   Fantastic service We are very happy with our fabulous kitchen that was delivered on time, on budget and largely stress free by the wonderful team at Stanford Design. Ken demonstrated the patience of a Saint working through options, colours and design choices with us as we changed our minds many times. Fiona and Richard were also great as was Ben who fitted the kitchen superbly. As with all of these things there were a few minor snags and the mark of great service is how these are dealt with. In this regard the team are second to none, no debate or dispute just fast action to resolve - wonderful. We highly recommend Stanford Design!!

   We want to say a big thank you to the whole team at Stanford, especially Ken, Fiona and Richard. The design process was very thorough. We must have changed our minds over a dozen times, but Ken had great patience with us. We had a couple of minor issues with installation, but the team worked professionally and promptly to rectify. We are delighted with our kitchen and would happily recommend Stanford Design for anyone wanting a new kitchen.

   Ken, Fiona, Richard and team did a fantastic job designing and installing our new kitchen. Their experience and expertise was apparent from the planning stages. The design was bespoke to our requirements and they took great care to incorporate everything we wanted in the design. Extensive refurbishment was undertaken to the fabric of our kitchen and Richard took great care and pride over the work, treating it as if it was his own home. The work was undertaken in a very tidy and considerate manner. The quality of the kitchen units is fantastic and has a very premium feel and look. The quality of the reset of the kitchen is to a very high standard. We are very pleased with our new kitchen and would very much recommend Stanford Design.

   We can certainly recommend Stanford design Upminster.We now have a fabulous kitchen. From start to finish the work was of a very high standard and we are very fussy and must have driven them mad , but nothing was too much trouble , all the staff were kind and very professional and very aware that this is our home and were very careful.This a family business and they take pride in everything they do .

   The whole experience from Ken’s design of the kitchen to the quality of the work done was amazing. Ken’s knowledge and attention to detail transformed my small awkward shaped kitchen into a light usable space. The appliances, taps and even handles were all chosen with care, with help and guidance from Ken. Project manager Rich, visited virtually every day even when he wasn’t actually working in my kitchen, to check that everything was satisfactory, and to let me know who was arriving next and at what time. All the trade’s people were professional, polite, trustworthy and tidy. The kitchen is just what I wanted and I would definitely recommend Stanford Design to anyone who wants a competitively priced, well designed and beautifully finished kitchen.

   We are delighted with our kitchen and utility - it looks fantastic and we are constantly getting compliments about it. It was immediately obvious in the design consultations that Ken's knowledge was a level above what we had seen from other kitchen designers and companies. Stanford Design were also very accommodating with adjusting installation dates to suit our schedule, even when we knew it was a bit of a headache for them. Sometimes emails took a while to be answered, but this wasn't too much of an issue, and a visit to the site from them would have been helpful as there were discrepancies between the measurements compared to what was actually done (all our fault, not Stanford's!) but I know it caused small issues for the installation which were skilfully worked around, but it would have avoided any issues if before installation there had been a visit to check everything. Overall we are delighted with Stanford Design and their service and would highly recommend.

   Stanford provided a total experience, from design to installation and space development. Every aspect of the process was done to ensure engagement and agreement. The cost was not excessive. They appeared when they said they would, the tradesman were extremely competent and knowledgeable and the result was a super refurbished space with a new kitchen and decoration and flooring. I would recommend them without hesitation.
