    Having been a trade member at Howdens for many years, and seen managers come and go. Stephen Hignett the current manager goes above and beyond to make sure any problems are sorted. And most of all he genuinely cares. On arrival you will be wellcomed with the friendliest girls behind the counter Daisy and Lucy they always try there best to help.If you are thinking of going to a Howdens branch I suggest you drive to Shenfield your be well looked after.

    A strangely rushed and disappointingly UNPROFESSIONAL experience with Andrew today during what was meant to be a consultation role to make final decisions about my kitchen. Some people just should not be in customer facing roles.

    Excellent customer service and beautiful kitchen. Steve, the manager, has been so helpful despite us probably being the most difficult customers ever, with long delays from a tricky situation with builders, and constant changes. Steve went above and beyond to help us throughout, always so pleasant and patient. We now have the dream kitchen we've always wanted. Thank you so much : )

    Loads of people here, just not many serving. Had to wait a good ten minutes even though the back offices were a hive of activity, just not that interested in taking money.

    Recently completed on a kitchen designed and supplied by Howdens, Brentwood. The experience from start to finish was excellent. Considering how busy it can get in store the staff and store manager really looked after us. Always received a call back if I left a message. We got great advice, great service from a hard working team and are really pleased with the final outcome.
