   We had a very poor experience with Benchmarx Gravesend and would not recommend them. The initial back and forth with designs was forgivable, but when we came to installation we had multiple items missing, wrong size of units and incorrect items sent -including a whole worktop for an island. It took months to get the right items, and still now we have doors and hinges missing. Post Covid, it appears they have lost their way, and we have been left disappointed with their service. It was very hard to get in contact with them, and we were constantly chasing. I’m sure you might think we were ‘awkward’ customers, but we were anything but. We were very patient and respected working hours - but unfortunately we did not get this in return. Suggest you think twice before choosing Benchmarx.
