Best stationery shop in Guildford and my first choice of stationers to visit in the town. I have used their services for several years. They do a great range of quality stationery at a reasonable price. From office furniture to tippex and more. Great value for money. The staff are generally very helpful and it is always a pleasure to visit the shop.

Good stationers / office suppliers aren't easy to find. Some high street chains focus mostly on greetings cards and you can never find a staff member. But Biddles is privately owned so it's in their interests to keep customers happy and provide a good service. You can possibly find some items a tiny bit cheaper online but these guys make a big effort to match prices and you can usually walk away with the product there and then. It's my first port of call when I want this sort of stuff.

Have been looking for a new office chair online but it was a minefield. A Google search brought up Biddles in Guildford. Popped in to have a look had a selection to choose from. The staff were really helpful and I must have sat in 10 different chairs. Found the right one for me, the price and quality was better than buying online and you get proper customer service. Great local company. Bought printer ink for our new Canon printer here. Took my model number in and they were just totally on the ball. This particular printer has a quirk, (which we didn't know), as it can have five or six ink tanks depending the the date of manufacture. The team in Biddles were very knowledgeable, pointed this out, sourced ink for the extra tank & mailed it to us. Very Customer focussed and highly competitive prices. Great to see a local independent company showing how service ought to be delivered. They could teach some much bigger brands how to drive loyalty. Will be back when more supplies needed.
Called in the week to ask advice on an office chair for home. After chatting it through it with them, they suggested I pop in to test them out. Visited the shop on Saturday and the man who served me was super helpful. Great recommendation, friendly and even helped me to the car with my new office chair. I've noticed the difference in my back just after one day. Much better than buying online as you get to try them and the chair comes fully assembled. Would highly recommend and lovely to be able to support somewhere local.
