We regularly visit a play town like this one in Hereford and I can say the one in Hereford is 5 stars! It's cleaned and so well maintained. We wanted to try somewhere new but unfortunately Auntie Em's tea room and play village is expensive for not many toys upstairs at all and many were broken or very dirty. Wallpaper for the kids area peeling off and could really do with a fresh. Unfortunately we won't re visit. A nice idea but needs more thought

In terms of the cafe - great cakes, food is yummy and drinks are good. No complaints. In terms of the play area ... Unacceptable levels of cleanliness. If you provide toys/have a play area then you have an obligation to maintain these and ensure they are clean. The state of the toys and that whole area really is dirty and unacceptable, it really could benefit from a deep clean

Enjoyed a pot of tea, chai latte with oatmilk, kinder brownie and a cheese, cranberry chicken and onion panini here. Nice independent spot and there’s a play area for children but I didn’t use it so I can’t comment on that. I liked that I was able to alter what I wanted in my panini as it was made fresh and I was able to choose out of a toastie, flatbread, bagel and panini. Priced at just under £17. Overall good experience.

First visit today after planning on popping in many times we've passed. Our little toddler loved the play area and spent plenty of time exploring whilst we had cake and a drink. The cake selection was ample without being over the top with good size portions. The milkshake are very good size and highly recommended! Service was very friendly and welcoming. We will be returning to try out the hot food.

Best place to go with little ones to play so adults can chat. Food is lovely and staff are so accommodating to babies and children. Breastfeeding friendly which is great. Just wish it was bigger as sometimes it's tough to get a table as it's so popular!

God bless the genius woman who put this cafe in town, she deserves a medal. It’s such a great place to take small children when you’re out and about and for parents and carers meeting up with other people whilst keeping children happy. Great food and drinks, lovely team, safe and entertaining for children - very happy days.

This tea room is very good for children ,they have this place gone the extra mile for children which I have not seen it before which I liked. We been there with my Daughter, granddaughter and great grandchildren. We found it was just off the high street and the shambles which in middle of the streets. It's very safe for children. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Thank you from Graham and Valerie

Welcoming staff, simple menu but effective just for a snack. Slightly on the expensive side (£7.95 for a club sandwich). Service was good. Food tasty and sandwich well presented. Curry with Jacket potato was tasty and of sufficient portion size. Clean toilet available. (Do need to ensure soap is available all the time however, only hand sanitiser present when visited).
