   Range twice at 12.38 on 26th oct 25 both times it had the introductory greeting then after 2mins of waiting the call was dropped. Disappointed as you are cheaper than absolute and were OK the last time I used your driver about a month ago. I don't want to use the app or prepay.

   Disappointed to see one of your drivers parking in private residential spaces for over an hour and leaving litter behind. It shows a lack of respect for the people who live here. Please remind your drivers to be more considerate and responsible — especially when using areas that aren't designated for public or business use. Update in response to the company's reply: While I appreciate the clarification that your drivers are self-employed, the vehicle in question was clearly marked with your company name and contact details. Regardless of employment status, when a driver displays your branding, they are representing your business.

   I was picked up by a taxi driver who was rude, yes he did come in very short time and the price of the journey was cheap however the driver would not let me use my phone. every time i wanted to go on my phone or got a phone call i was told not to answer it as he was too busy on the phone to someone else as he was driving.
