Highly recommend! I needed a taxi for urgent vet trip on Christmas eve of all days. Had to be specifically one with a ramp as dog can't jump in anymore. Driver was happy to fit me in at the time I needed and arrived at the time I required. The price was pretty reasonable considering what day it is. Also massive thank you to the driver who was patient when getting her in the car as sometimes she refuses. Also very greatful to the driver for waiting while we were in the vets. After 10 minutes the vet had still not seen us so driver agreed to wait. Another 10 mins and still had not been seen but he continued to wait and then once out of the appointment the receptionists were taking a while to sort the meds and the driver decided to wait just a little bit longer as he knew we would struggle to find a taxi that would take us after that. Thank you so much, really appreciate that you did this for us as you really didn't have as not all taxi companies would be happy to wait or some would probably charge just for waiting. Will definitely recommend to others if anyone needs a taxi company in future.

Brilliant affordable wheelchair accessible taxis Great customer service. Try to accommodate needs whenever possible. I had to re arrange the plan at short notice and they were really understanding and helped Nice drivers . Due to my autism I don't like small talk and there was no pressure to speak . Checked I was warm enough which was considerate . I am now a regular customer especially after wheelchair being issue with another local firm.
