   Update: I don't know what's going on with them lately but their driver has suddenly stopped responding. He has been reliable up to this point, has been very patient with my senior /stubborn dog and would not have been able to get to her appointments without his taxi service. This is a monthly trip and I need to book this month's journey but he's not responding at all. I'd understand if he's on Holiday but I heard his colleague takes over his phone while away so why wouldn't the collegue just reply saying driver away atm if that's the case. Original review: 100% reccomend! Friendly and professional service. Our dog is struggling to get in the car as she gets older. All pet taxis weren't available this close to Christmas but this company/driver saved the day. Dog was wary about the taxi so took a little time getting her in but the driver has so much patience. Never once tried to rush us. The ramp was very useful for this. He turned up quickly too so wasn't too late for the groomer appointment. I used this company after only ever hearing positive reviews from my sister who used to use them for her dog trips too.

   Arrived on time took us to our destination (whetherspoons) and said he had no change so as we’d booked him for return I said hold on to it and we’d sort it on return but then he never showed up and didn’t answer phone and my wife was speaking to doorman who said straight away who it was and repeated there number without prompting he said he’s always doing that so definitely would not recommend
