   Called them for a booking, so eager to get rid of you if they busy . Didn’t even let me finish and they hang up . “Thank you, bye” that’s what you get . Another good reason to use Drive only

   Left me and my young family stranded. Cancelled our pre booked taxi with no notice. Terrible thunder storm, pouring rain. We had no way of getting home - 10 miles away. Will never use again. Avoid at all costs.

   can not give minus one star, i had a booking for this morning, 40 min before the driver called to let us know that he won't show up, at least he called....best to avoid, they had one job, a taxi job....

   Very friendly staff, reasonable prices, app is very good. my sister left her phone in one of the taxi’s after a BBQ, the driver came out of his way and dropped it off at my house. I will defiantly be using this company again, 100% recommend

   Absolute worst taxi company imaginable. Caused me to miss a train due to sending my taxi 25 minutes late, no apology whatsoever. They then sent my next taxis 45 minutes late as well, they agreed to refund me for the train ticket and taxis that we’re inexcusably late, but of course I never got a penny back. The staff kept saying a manager would call yet none of them have a clue what time their “manager” works at and we’re all clearly lying. Avoid at all costs Drive are much better.
