   **Avoid, Avoid, Avoid** This taxi firm very nearly made us late for train as they arrived with little time to spare. The lazy driver did not even bother to get out of the car to help with luggage. They also do not take card payments in vehicles and we had to pay by bank details directly to the driver, which seems unethical and open to abuse in my view. May have been the case that we just had a poor driver but ultimately the taxi company hire these people and have a duty of care to customers.

   The worst experience of my life the old lady that answered the phone was very rude and full of herself book a 8 seater paied in advance then on the day was called to say there van was off the road and we will be sent 2 cars when they did arrive 30 minutes late the drivers were very rude the cars were filthy and sounded like it was going to fall apart didn't feel safe at all. Worst company ever I would never ever recommend such a company surprises me how the council let's them operate

   Just had the most awkward taxi journey of my life. Called the 652's office to book and advised that there would be two drop offs along the way. Was told to just tell the driver when he arrives. I did so, and the driver became very frustrated that this hadn't been communicated to him beforehand. This led to the driver eventually calling the taxi office on loud speaker midway through the journey, and being told that I needed to pay extra. I refused, as I booked the journey with the two drop offs included. I gave them the option to just drop me off and I walk the rest of the way home (This was at 23:30 at night). The driver thankfully did take me, but had a full on argument at me for the rest of the journey about the incompetence of the taxi office staff. Ridiculous service. Will not use again.

   We visited the area on Holiday and needed a taxi - we were struggling to know where exactly we were and where we wanted to go. Emma was so warm and friendly, polite, patient and helpful. She is a credit to the 652 team and we would gladly use this service again!

   My partner had booked us a taxi and it didn’t show up despite having a confirmation text (we’ve checked since and the man who made the booking had accidentally booked us in a week later than we asked for and we hadn’t realised at the time) so I rang them to check where it was and the lady on the phone was lovely; had a taxi sent straight out and it was with us in less than 10 minutes. Can’t fault them at all, they got us home safely and got somebody to us as quickly as they could. The driver himself was nice, his car was clean and he made sure we were safely at our front door before driving away. Couldn’t ask for better service.

   Called for a cab to take home from town, friendly on the phone. Cab turned up on time and driver was very chatty. Good drive home and it didn’t cost a fortune. Will definitely use 652’s again…..

   I have been as a tourist and a booked a taxi. The service was very nice. The costumer service was very polite and helpfull to me. Also the taxi driver was polite and very social and helped me to find the place that I was looking for. Highly recommended.

   Shocking and bizarre service, booked taxi on the app for 01:15 days in advance and it got accepted and the price was £16.10, gets to the day of my booking and all of a sudden price was gone up to £21.10 even tho it states on there website no price increase past midnight. Gets to 01:15, the time of my booking and no taxi and no notification on the app saying driver on way, wait till 01:25 and phone office who say shouldn’t be too long waiting for a driver. 01:40 get a notification saying my driver it on the way but is coming all the way from Mansfield to Worksop? Taxi arrives an hour late but the only positive I have is the driver was really nice and polite. The whole point of pre booking is that the taxi should be there waiting at the requested time not set off from Mansfield half an hour away 35 kind after the requested time. Definitely an avoid this firm if you’re in Worksop, go for Nunns cars, every time iv used them they’ve always been bang on time.

   Walking through town in the freezing cold, hoping to get a taxi and stumbled across the office for 652. We were welcomed straight in, out of the cold, and a racing was sorted for us straight away. The driver was so lovely and a good driver too! Thank you so much! Will definitely use this service again!

   Absolutely shambles of a company. Do not travel with them!!! Booked a taxi for 1800, turned up at 1852 after multiple calls to the office. Was quoted £15 to go 6 miles when we got in the taxi they changed it to £27. Avoid at all cost! Don’t turn up and then double the cost of the journey. £27 for 6 miles is a joke!
