Andrew was really helpful and responsive booking transfers to and from Manchester airport. Both drivers - Ian and Gary - were on time and the cars both really clean. Would recommend using them
I booked this company to transport my mum & dad to a family wedding. My dad is wheelchair bound & Geoff helped get him into the taxi both at home & at the venue. Will definitely use this company again. Top class.
Fantastic service, can’t rate this taxi company highly enough! We attended a wedding nearby and got in touch with AAA that morning to arrange drop off and pick up from the venue. We booked over email with Andrew who responded quickly and professionally, he confirmed times and the price with us which was very reasonable. Our driver Jeff was so lovely and great to chat to, he made us feel really safe and welcome, he had a little step to help us in and out the minibus if we needed it, opened the doors to let us in & out, and even took us on a little detour to collect a much needed McDonald’s! The taxi was clean and arrived ready to collect us on time. Thank you for looking after us :-)
Can’t rate this company too highly. I stayed in Ollerton to attend a wedding close by…pre-booked my car for the time we thought would work. Everything was running over, with the wedding, and Jeff was very accommodating in changing the time of our outbound journey to suit. On the way back we had to change the time again, and once again Jeff was only too pleased to help. Lovely guy, good chat, very respectful. We will be certain to use you again, if we’re down there. Great service. Came to Center Parcs for us so we didn't miss our train home. Lovely friendly driver, Jeff who was very helpful getting our kids in and out of the car. Much nicer than our grumpy Uber driver on the way out.

I called at 11am and even as a small local business and an extremely busy schedule Andrew & Jeff have helped my nana to say her last ever goodbyes to her beloved husband of 65 years. My nana was in hospital and needed a wheelchair access transport from hospital to her home to see my grandad. No ambulance/taxi/bus service in all of Mansfield could help. I called AAA Taxi Services and although they was in a rush and super busy they made this last minute plan of action happen and me and all of my family will never ever forget the compassionate and amazing services they provided from collection to drop off. Absolutely incredible. Genuinely lovely staff, clean comfortable cars. Cheap fares. I've just done a few days of training and used these guys each day and they go above and beyond what they need to do. Just book them!
