Honestly, the best taxi company there is! They’ve been super wonderful with me while I’ve been taking care of my elderly dad. Always on time and the girls on the phones are just brilliant! Thank you to you all. Special shout out to Hanif the driver! You’re great. Thank you!
Booked a taxi 4 hours in advance on Xmas Eve not expecting anything and they had availability. They were even able to come 30 mins later than original booking at an hours notice. They send you a link when taxi is en route to show you how far away it is, great service.
Once again travellers taxis promised to pick me up at a given time but eventually rocked up over an hour late. Usual promises of driver on the way and there in 5 minutes when I rang but then got cut off when I reminded them they told me that when I rang last time. Driver was great and confirmed he'd had lots of similar complaints from other customers. Absolute sham of a company and couldn't care less about their customers. Time they stopped trading N and continually lying to peoplel After some more reasonable experiences with travellers - there is no real alternative round here - I tried again. Everything worked well - booking, taxi arrived on time. So far so good BUT - £14 fare became £20 when driver "had no change." I'm not down to £6 and don't need the cash but that's a fair percentage increase on the cost so beware!!...
Booked to East Midlands Airport and back after our holiday. To Airport taxi arrived on time driver very friendly and courtesy. On return journey flight was 2 hours late arriving at Airport at 3.15am but taxi was there with different driver but was still friendly and courtesy. Would I use Travellers again, certainly.
Wouldn't collect us as 'drivers can't go out of the area before 7.30'. What sort of customer service is that?
Booked a 5 seater taxi from home to Bawtry for a birthday evening, 4 seater arrived, had to send them back and wait for a 5 seater. Asked them nicely not to make the same mistake on our return journey home, shock horror same mistake but told another taxi would come so we had to split passengers and pay double to get home. Shocking service never use them again, drivers nice and pleasant call centre rubbish !!!!!
Man got me home, but believe that I was the man from del Monte. Tipped him a fiver and left my Panama hat. Hope he enjoys my pineapple juice.
I was relieved at first as City Taxis had let me down. Travellers where a little bit later than agreed however got me to my location in good time. However I was charged £35 from Killamarsh to Sheffield. When I challenged this i was told, i was out of district and taxi fares went up in September. I was never told a thing about this when i spoke to an operator. I have used travellers for many years and never had to pay a district fee bearing in mind my village is adjacent to their's. I will never use you again, you want people to support local and this is how you get treat for doing so. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
I called to book a taxi with my working service dog, which is a trained and registered police dog and was refused asking if I was blind I am partially sighted and suffer with severe anxiety, skull fracture and I pass out. You left me abandoned
