   I ordered a taxi while I was on the train, even though my reception was poor a taxi was ready and waiting when I got to the station. Very friendly driver what's not to like.

   Pick up from hospital I'm Disabled no help given. Returned home still no help meter read £14.51 charged £21.00 never use this again.

   Short journey, Rainworth to Farnsfield 4 miles: Booked night before: Booking lady was efficient if brusque, offered 2 slots for pickup. Needed exact drop-off address, as system could not cope with "just" a postcode (which was all I had). Taxi driver Simon was outside my home 5 mins early, chatty, felt like a safe driver. Clean car, gave 1-2-3 card. £9 for 4 miles as quoted felt slightly OTT, but apparently they charge as if travelling from the centre of Mansfield rather than from point to point.

   Take the longest way round, very rude drivers, don't follow highway laws. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy... If I could give 0 stars I would... Waste of time!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE!!!!!

   Thanks guys above and beyond got me a taxi in a rush to get me to hospital they was very quick the lady squeezed me in then I left my mobile on the seat and the same driver picked me back up giving me my phone back excellent service definitely using again

   Booked the taxi for quarter to the hour,the taxi came had half past the hour,we went to the car park at 37 minutes to the hour,the taxi was driving off,had to flag him down,he was ignorant and very arogant,he didn't offer to put my Mums sticks in the boot,nor my trolley,he moaned when I put my clean trolley on the back seat,he told me that I had an attitued problem,he was very rude,never smiled,said hello when we got into the taxi,I phoned up the taxi firm and tried to make a complaint against him and all I got was a Mouth full of abuse of the Lady who takes the call and the Lady blatently lied saying that my Mum had already spoken to her and said that I had an attitued problem and was taking it out on the taxi driver,how very dare she, I will not be recomending this taxi service to anyone,the taxi driver wants retraining in customer relations and the lady wants training in how to handle complaints,she should of logged the complaint even if she is emotionaly attached to said driver,not professionaly handled at all,this taxi service needs a through overall review,certain staff need retraining.I advise going else where. a couple of weeks before same taxi times,the taxi driver (different driver) was complaining as we came out at quarter to the hour,he had arrived at half past the hour and he had a pick up at ten to the hour,not very well orgainised,ours was a regular booking,always the same times,the other ten to booking should not have been given to this driver as he was picking us up at quarter to the hour. not good,not the way to run a buisness. would have put no stars but had to put 1 star to post this post.
