   Booked themselves for transport from Home to Manchester airport for tomorrow and they’ve gone ahead and just cancelled it last minute. Now I have to find another form of transport for myself and 7 other people at the last minute. Very unprofessional. Do not use these cowboy fake taxi drivers.

   Been using this firm for 12 years now, at least once a month, to sometimes several times a day! Usually a good experience, drivers normally arrive on time, which is why I've gave them a two star review However today I was treat with very rude behaviour from the driver - after booking a taxi for a customer at the shop which I work I was called by the driver asking me where I am. I repeated the address and location, and asked him to come to us. He asked for directions, which is pretty unrealistic since he is the taxi driver and I don't know where he is, what direction he is coming. I asked him if he can use his sat nav, he refused saying not really. Made me look like a fool in front of my customer, I won't be using this service again. One Call are much more reliable, and the drivers more friendly

   Normally don’t have a bad word to say about Pheonix taxis, been using them long enough ( 14 years ) but today was absolutely appalling. Arrogant, narcissistic behaviour and racism fair to say I won’t be using them again. Had a bad day as it is without having to put up with some male explaining stupidity.

   Absolute brilliant taxi service! Used them for last 4 mornings after been let down by another taxi firm, phoenix have turned up on time every day! Lovely clean cars and drivers are very friendly, telephone staff are also very polite and friendly too, all round great service would highly recommend!

   Absolute joke! I use this service all the time, not no more, I booked a taxi for card payment on Monday for today Thursday at 8:45am, that's enough notice that I needed a taxi, it came to 8:47am and no update on my taxi coming so I rang them and they said there is not one driver with card payment in my area, my appointment was at 9am! But the fact they didn't ring me to even let me know, nothing! I was going to miss my appointment regardless because they couldn't of even let me know! Absolute joke. So yes I have missed my appointment because of them, and I'm absolutely livid because of this.

   Pre booked a taxi for an early morning pick up to take me to a hospital appointment. 5 mins before due to arrive they send a message via the app to say the booking is cancelled no reason as to why either. I then called the office to be told it’s tough they don’t have a driver! Well why take the booking then? Will never use this company again they are an absolute joke and it’s such a shame as many years ago when this company was first established they were the best. Just shows what greed and profits can do to a business hope your business fails in years to come.

   Faster to walk Said taxi would be 5 mins, Showed up 20mins later, missed my train. Driver complained about traffic, but did not see any on the route he came on.

   Booked a taxi asking for a small dog to be taken... sent one straight away. Driver turns up, refuses to take said dog! Said I didn't ask for a taxi that would take a dog... This being said, she is a tiny therapy dog for my disabled mother! Absolute joke of a company!

   Booked a taxi for 8, pick up confirmed, told at 8 there's no drivers so they cancelled the booking. Then said a driver was en route, so I cancelled another taxi further away costing £5 and then they cancelled again. Please don't allow your app to accept bookings if you're not going to allocate a driver there and then.
