Drivers wanna go home for whatever reason cause they’re local to your pick up when your clearly booking a taxi to go somewhere like work. Or decide to come 30 mins late when pre booked to pick your child up and charge a literal joke of a fare while doing so. Awful company get your act together.
My son has to use this company for school as he has a disability.Terrible service, late or just don't turn up at all. They have even driven off after only 2 minutes. They don't load his wheelchair unless he asks them to even though it's stood waiting for them. If it wasn't for the fact school use this company as their contract drivers I would NEVER use them. Would NOT recommend, I would rather walk!!!
Today I had two taxi to dri. The first driver I feel overcharged. I have been driven by him before always pretends he doesn't know where he is going. So goes the long way round. The second one was ok.

I’ve had to cancel three PRE-booked rides now as they were over an hour late. What is even the point of pre-booking if they aren’t even going to bother to turn up?! The drivers that have bothered to turn up have been nice, but as a company they clearly don’t have their stuff together. So avoid if you need to be somewhere.

Never ever on time, always late to work due to them showing up 30 minutes after pre booking. Meant to have over 400+ cars in the area which was said in a text message a few week back and they still struggle to fulfill needs.
Pre booked a taxi on Thursday 30th March for Saturday 1st April for the races booking was accepted and confirmed. Taxi did not turn up I called and the phone was answered but the person was talking to someone else, when I said Hello she absolutely yelled abruptly at me with the name of the firm. I said I had booked a taxi and as it was late I wanted to check for an eta she denied all knowledge saying I had not booked with them. I said the number was the only one on my phone not being local to the area I had saved the number incase of problems. She said there was nothing she could do as they were busy and offered no apology but insisted I hadn't booked with them. I beg to differ my call log proved when I had called them. Being race day it left us in a tight predicament but our hotel called us another taxi who came quickly and helped us out thank you Apple taxis for helping. Adams I work as a receptionist and whoever was on Saturday morning at 12 o'clock should have lessons in customer service. Appalling attitude but after reading these reviews I'm not the only one that's been spoken to like dirt on her shoe. Never again and one star is more than I would give but had no option.
I booked a taxi on Saturday night which didn't turn up & when I phoned up 20 mins later to find out where the taxi was, the lady who answered the phone had a terrible attitude, she said 2 taxi's had turned up (but they hadn't as I was waiting & watching out of the window throughout). She then refused to send another taxi (but in reality no taxi had showed up in the first place) & then told me to walk & slammed the phone down, terrible attitude. It seems a familiar pattern looking at these postings, taxi's not turning up & the taxi company claiming they have turned up !!!!
