    Terrible customer service, called for a taxi and discussed prices compared to other firms, booked it regardless of the higher price and then waited for the taxi, 20 minutes pass and no taxi turned up, called them back and got told they wasnt coming because they assumed we didn't want it? Arrogant, unprofessional and charge more than the local taxi firms, ridiculous, I advise you to avoid this service, I work locally and will no longer be referring my customers to use their service due to this awful and time wasting experience.
