   Oh where to start!!! It’s been a most unpleasant experience dealing with this company! We ordered some absolutely stunning chairs from Protocol at the end last year, we saw these chairs and they were exactly what we wanted, we spoke with the sales guy and asked for a table that would go with the chairs, he suggested the tables that we were shown online and that eventually we purchased. At almost £20k we hoped this would be a high quality product and service, how wrong we were!!! There were delays which is totally understandable as everyone was struggling at that point however when they were delivered we noticed an issue before the driver had even left the building, the chairs didn’t fit side by side under the tables, they wedged in and locked together meaning we weren’t able to just pull one out, they had to both come out and one at an angle! So we reported this straight away to our sales consultant, he admitted that he never measured the table so the fault was his. We breathed a sigh of relief as we were due to open our restaurant in just a matter of weeks! Unfortunately the MD didn’t quite agree and refused to offer any solutions, exchanges or part refund for us to amend them to fit! We have been extremely patient with her and gave an option of a carpenter adapting the chairs to fit, Jo has refused to help with the relatively minimal cost involved, we will now have to foot the bill for a product that was NOT fit for purpose, was NOT measured by Protocol and will now not be covered under any kind of warranty!!! We are extremely saddened by the outcome and the unwillingness of Jo to help us because even the Michelin inspector mentioned the chairs, We get complimentary comments on a weekly basis but we have to refrain from saying where we bought them as we definitely wouldn’t recommend Protocol to anyone. Being told it wasn’t their problem, is disgusting! Needless to say we won’t be spending another penny with Protocol!! Buyer beware

   It's now been over a year since I worked for protocol, I've had 4 jobs since and none can compare to these guys, the guys here are like a family and would give anything to work back with them, as for the furniture they produce its top notch and I can't think of any other furniture company that compares in both the quality of the product or the quality of the team that's delivers them. I wish nothing but good things for protocol and look forward to seeing you guys again.
