    Difficult to get through to on the phone. When I arrived was told my appointment was running late. However all the staff were great and very clean and secure space for belongings. Kerri from Alliance Medical was fantastic. Made me feel so comfortable and she was so kind.

    Really friendly staff. Appointments made quickly, but impossible to contact. I accidently ate something so tried to call but the phone number just hung up on me. No option to even leave a message. Thankfully I only live a 10 minutes drive away so could drive in to talk to staff, but they really need to address this issue as I see I'm not the only one.

    Dreadful company, really badly run by owners who clearly couldn’t care less and are happy to just take the money they get from the NHS . DO NOT USE. They cancel scans but only tell you on arrival, They then lie and say the called you (see previous reviews). They NEVER answer their phones and rarely call you back when you leave an urgent message. Many of their patients have cancer and other serious issues. They don’t deserve to be treated with such contempt by a business that is milking money from their NHS contract yet providing a terrible experience. SHAME ON YOU GDI

    About 10d ago I put in a voicemail to rebook my MRI appointment. I've not heard anything back so called again and got put on voicemail again. Not sure what to do if this cycle continues and I miss my important MRI that can finally help diagnose me. Reading reviews makes me even more anxious. Update: I called and put in a voicemail yet again and was called back by staff. I explained I had called before and left a voicemail before but was met with surprise. Managed to rebook though which was great. Once I finally arrived the staff were nice and attentive. Just such a shame getting a hold of them through the phone felt near impossible.

    I was referred here, did not hear from them for two weeks, kept ringing never answered the phone, left multiple voice messages none returned, my referral team tried to contact them...no response. I have gone elsewhere, they should not be in business.

    Just arrived again after a 45 mile journey to Alliance Guildford Diagnostic imaging. What a surprise. Arrive there to be told again they called to cancel the scan. Again no call recived. That's a 70% failure rate with them now over the past year. What it really means is they are behind again and staff don't want to work to clear the back log. Anyone reading this be warned. The NHS is long gone. It's had the life sucked out of what was left by companies like Alliance who by the way, operate for profit taking tax payers money to give these shocking services. You go into Guildford hospital or any other state funded hospital and absolutely everything is subcontracted out to profit making companies. They in turn bleed what's left of the NHS dry. Who do you complain to. No one as no one cares or measure how these money making businesses work

    Wrong service and poor quality - NEVER AGAIN! I booked via National MRI scan for a 3T MRI scan of my pituitary fossa. They scanned me using a 1.5T scanner, not a 3T scanner. The radiologist didn't offer me the kaleidoscope mirror to allow me to see out so I felt very claustrophobic the entire 30 minutes. He also didn't let me know when sequences started or stopped to let me swallow or breathe deeper. The report I received following the scan was poor and had barely any detail. Worst of all, the consultant radiologist who wrote my report missed a 4mm microadenoma in my pituitary which was discovered when I paid another specialist to give me a second opinion. I complained that I had not received the scan I had booked and they offered to look at the scan again, but that was it. This wasn't good enough as the radiologist wasn't a specialist. The only reason I give it two stars rather than one was for the nurse who gave me my contrast injection. He was kind and reassuring. I will NEVER use them again.

    Car park is usually full but as people are coming and leaving it is worth just to drive up to have a look. I have never waited for the procedure/scan as the staff is very professional and try their best to serve all customers (patients) on time. If you feel nervous about anything (depends what kind of scan you need) just talk to the staff - they are very friendly and willing to answer any question. If you have any concern just tell them as they simply do listen and take all your concern seriously. I would prefer I had never needed their service but here we are, I had quite few scans already and I probably will but I must say the staff here make the experience much more pleasant - I always felt I was in good hands.
