    Would not recommend My son in law booked this company to take us 8 of us to my grandson's football presentation. It was booked 3 days previous and a minibus was promised for 7pm. It had not arrived by 7:10 (presentation started at 7:30). My son in law was told it was on it's way. At 7:25pm he rang again and was told, a car was 15mins away. We had to call friends to take us. We were all late for the presentation. Will never use this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

    Tried to pre book a taxi for later tonight (7.30) only to be told no we don’t know if we will have any cars in your area at that time. Won’t be using them again or recommending to friends or family as I have done in the past.

    so rubish service，never use again。order a taxi for send child to school waiting for 50mins late!!rang three times to compared just keep says too busy and if you can't wait you can cancel.so so so rubish service. And when driver came he told us he just get the order.cos my boy late to school ！！never use this rubbish taxi again，as them break -promiser and rude。 so pool service why not close down，everytime lie to customer，think bus is reliable than this company

    Ordered taxi two weeks in advance, to call them when they were 10 minutes late, to see if they were on their way, I received a rude comment of 'theres no taxis in your area, it's gonna be at least another twenty minutes' they went on to say it's a busy period and you did only booked 15 minutes ago... Er not two weeks ago! To then be told 'ok, whatever.' Rude and badly organised.! Our taxi eventually turned up 45 minutes late, by that point I had already called another! bad service!

    9/10 a great service and seem to be cheaper. £9 high green to Hillsborough Vs £11.50 City Taxis, however City have a fantastic link from a text tracking exactly where your taxi is, no more calling and asking "where the hell is he? He's late...!"
