A group of 9 used this company to manchester airport and we can't praise them enough punctual both ways kept me updated about pick up times and despite being stuck in traffic on the way back they were polite and pleasant the bus was spotless we having negative to say...thank you and I've already passed their number on to friends..keep up the good work
Would give a zero if i could. Tell your taxi drivers that brown passengers don’t want to hear their racist ranting for the whole journey. What a joke. Edit in response to your response. Didn’t see your reply but good to see that feedback means nothing to you if I don’t instantaneously see to your response. No wonder that’s how your drivers behave if that’s how seriously you take reviews. I absolutely did have a taxi with you, I have even spoken with your office since then, specifically asking to not have that driver. Saw this from you after that or I wouldn’t have bothered. Moved away from using veezu because a locally run company seemed a better option but had a driver with them on Monday and another today and had zero anxiety about having to listen to that crap again. You probably mean well but this is the lamest way of responding to someone genuinely having had their day ruined by a ‘boat people and brown people rant’ from one of your drivers.
We recently used Platinum Travel for our trip to and from Manchester Airport and couldn’t be happier with the service. Graham was fantastic. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole journey stress-free. He was punctual both ways, helped with our luggage, and made sure we got there safely and comfortably. We Would also like to say a big thank you to Sayad for helping me to get my mobile phone back at the weekend as I struggle with mobility and dropped my phone in his car, while getting out of the car. We booked a taxi service to Manchester airport and to return from there. The rate was competitively priced. The taxi arrived on time on both occasions. The taxi driver, Mark, was very courteous and polite. We would recommend this service to others and we will avail of it in future.
Fantastic airport service. Very patient even with our 17hr flight delay and 2hr wait for luggage at Manchester Airport on our return journey. The kids loved our return driver. They thought he was hilarious

Was a little apprehensive about using an airport transfer service, putting our trust in others to get us there in time & pick us up at 5am for the way home. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received- the drivers were waiting for us 10 minutes before our booking time each way, both Alex and Mark were friendly & chatty, with very comfortable vehicles. Reliable service and won’t hesitate to book again in the future
