   I changed my early morning transfer to Manchester airport and they were more than happy to oblige and make it earlier. I received a text 12 hours before the pick up from the driver introducing himself, which was a very nice touch and gave me confidence. He arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time and sent me a text to say he was ready outside. He was professional driving a nice estate car and drove responsibly. The pick up from Manchester airport was done nicely again; text from the driver 12 hours before, great communication and careful driving. I am very happy with the service and will definitely use them again. Much better than parking at the airport.

   We recently used Phil to take us to and from Birmingham airport. He was on time both ways and kept us up to date with text messages. There were 6 in our party and the minibus was spotless and plenty of room. I would definitely recommend and will use PB Travel again next year. He also asked if we wanted to stop at a garage to pick up some milk which was such a nice gesture.

   A wonderful and reliable service provided by PB travel. I received regular messages from Gary and Phil and this helped to put my mind at ease confirming pick up times and places.    Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. After booking our airport run we received 3 messages in total from the company/driver checking times, dates etc including 1 on the day telling us his exact arrival time. Which really put us at ease. The driver was a real pleasure, who could not do enough for us. He was extremely helpful with the cases and told us we can stop whenever we needed. He made us feel like there was no rushing at all. The driving, service and price were all 1st class. I would highly recommend!

   This company was recommended by family so 1st time we had used them and definitely would again. We were sent an email confirming the booking then a text reminding us of the arrangements. Prompt, friendly and good value in comparison to driving and using parking facilities at the airport. Really comfortable seating in the minibus and spotless too. Will be booking again for our next holiday.
