“I had a great experience at the Royal Victoria, so far the best (chain) hotel I've stayed at in Sheffield. The staff were professional and friendly, and whilst the lobby are and hallways are showing their age a little, the room was absolutely lovely. It was well-equipped and modern, as well as light and airy (we had a corner room). One note: it is located on top of a very busy road, and though the windows are quite good at blocking the noise, if you're a light sleeper then perhaps bring earplugs to be on the safe side. I had some with me but forgot to put them in and still slept great. The advantage is that you're within 15mins walk of the train station, and the same distance from Kelham Island and the city centre!”

“I had a truly delightful experience staying at premier inn (Angel Street). Whilst staying here I thought I would have a few drinks in the bar, there was one member of staff, Samantha Marsden, she was so friendly, so helpful, made my experience so very easy for me. Every question I asked her, she had the answer too, she took the time to make sure everything was ok. I had a very pleasant time, always had a smile on her face, always doing something weather that was cleaning or taking pots to the back and bring new ones back, she was always on her toes. Met with Natasha, who was so lovely can I add, and she went through various places, as well as gave recommendations of stuff to do and areas that go with what we wanted to do. Had an amazing experience and ended up booking a very amazing trip for our honeymoon! The deal was incredible. And Natasha made it so easy and comfortable to get exactly what we want!! Would highly recommend the store after not having as good of an experience for our honeymoon holiday elsewhere. And a big part of that was Natasha!”

“We have used David and his team’s services a few times this year. Absolutely brilliant. I was worried as we had a VERY early flight, however, they arrived early and were there ready for our arrival back to the UK on all occasions. We do have our own transport but the comfort and convenience of been dropped at the departure door and picked up at arrivals (East Midlands and Manchester) was definitely worth the money. David is a very careful driver and a really lovely guy. Absolutely recommend.”

He had patience and even waited an extra hour for us to be ready, let use stop for food and eve came back to drop off a phone that was left in his vehicle. Absolute legend!
