“I arrived very early. My husband and I couldn’t get the same flight back from Alicante and I was feeling quite poorly, temperature and shivery. The desk staff explained the situation, and apologised, but it was impossible to look for a room before 10.30. I had breakfast , scrambled egg which was delicious but far too much. I went back to the desk at 10.30 and staff said another half an hour, but offered me some hot fruit tea as I was clearly not well. They were so helpful, and he went personally to see if the room was ready at 10.50 and it was. My husband arrived very late n the night, and the next morning we needed a taxi to get home back to Sheffield. The two female desk attendance couldn’t have been more helpful. As I tried to manoeuvre through the Uber app. Everyone was so kind and considerate. I felt so spoiled nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much to all the staff.”

“I booked a room because I was arriving late into the Airport. The weather in the Algarve was horrendous with roads closed.So I decided not to fly.I had missed my free cancellation period with Booking, but a great staff member (Jermaine) actioned a free refund for me. Great customer service. I will return in January to your hotel.”

“Stayed here recently for Download Festival. Excellent all rounder, rooms could do with air con but the fan provided definitely helped. I will definitely stay here again for the festival. The on site facilities exceptional. Also one of the quietest places I’ve stayed which surprised me. Rooms are basic yet really comfortable and spacious.”

They arrived dead on time both ways drivers very helpful and pleasant.Cars are nice and clean and well looked after.Can and will fully recommend will definitely be using them again as that is the only times we use taxi's.Pete and Louise Briggs”

“First time been there yih have to wait for your load i been there for 2 hours good place good people if you gi there make sure you take your driving licence with you they check your driving license every single time for security purposes behind the building airport so sometime its get noisy there just be careful off van if you park or waiting for your turn to get in don't park on red line you will get done straight away”
