Stayed at this PI a few times now. Location is perfect for the airport 3 minutes drive to M&G parking. The rooms are superb and comfortable. The staff are always kind, courteous and up for a laugh or two. If I had to knock ½ star off it would be because not all of the menu was available. However, the alternatives we ordered were lovely, as the food here always is. Highly recommend a stay here if you have an early flight as it becomes oart of your holiday.

Room was well equipped and clean. Right next to airport but very quiet. Parking was £10.20 which I thought was expensive for just a few hours . We arrived at 845pm left at 3am Check in was easy. We went up to our rooms to drop off our bags. The man was welcoming and helpful. We then went to the restaurant as we came directly from work so all hungry, the receptionist said it closed at 10pm. The supervisor/manager was very rushed sat us at table that was really sticky. ( lady dark hair in a suit, very abrupt and seemed stressed) Gave us menus and then we waited for someone to take our order which was approximately 10 mins . Another lady took our orders. She was very pleasant. The food arrived it was mediocre cheap cafe at best , the meat seemed to have been cooked on a dirty grill as tasted strange and burnt. The chicken was rubbery But no one came to see if we were OK so we ate some of it as it was getting late and hungry. The customers next to us were complaining about their food when we arrived. We then asked if we could order more drinks and the supervisor asked me to pay now as we need to cash up! It was 10pm. So I went to use the vending machine to get us some chocolate, which took my money and didn't distribute my items. The food was definitely over priced for what we got portion wise and quality. I wished we had gone elsewhere as we spent over £70 for 3 of us.

Thank you to Daniella and the team at East Midlands, we were going to Loughborough for the English YTP and looked at lots of local hotels, but the service, rooms and breakfast couldn't have been better anywhere else. The beds really are so comfortable, but bring your own pillow! Thank you, we'll be back!

Great premier inn, having stayed in numerous this is one of the better ones. Staying her for business, nice clean tidy and quiet rooms, really friendly staff from breakfast to evening meal. Nice breakfast with table service, even toasted my gluten free bread. Meal deal is well worth it, business or pleasure. Had the sirloin steak one night, for the price very reasonable and good. In all great value hotel, comfortable rooms and bed

Reception guy was evidently new and made a few mistakes. Don't we all, so no downside. The food was excellent and the service by Miguel was expemploary. He was assisted by a young lady whom I don't know the name of however, she was equally excellent. Both worked tirelessly all night without breaks. Credit to the brand. Well done the pair of you in the face of adversity (witnessed by myself). Happy to stay again.

We stayed in the hotel and parked whilst away on holiday. On our return our car had broke down. The staff in the hotel were so helpful while we waited to be recovered, sorting extra parking and providing hit drinks. Thank you so much for your kindness

As usual a very good Premier Inn hotel, great location for the airport. The only reason we've marked it 2☆ is for the adjoining Thyme restaurant. We booked a table for 8pm, when we arrived the greeter ignored us for quite a while, he said he would be with us soon as he was busy on the computer the side of us, it was over 5mins before he took us to a table, which wasn't clean. We placed our order for food and a bottle of Australian Chardonnay. The wine arrived quite quickly but it was Spanish Chardonnay, when we queried it we were told they don't do Australian. The wine waitress actually said they had none of the wines listed! Several items of food weren't available, even chips! How can you run out of chips? We waited over an hour for the meal and to be honest it was well over priced and not that good either which is a real pity because when we fly back into EMA we will probably go elsewhere for a meal. UPDATE:- 4 weeks later........ As it is so convenient to eat at the hotel we thought we'd give it another try. Arrived at 7pm and they had a coach party so booked a table for 9.15pm. Arrived at 9pm, was shown to the table, ordered our meal. There were now only 10 customers now to deal with, 1 HOUR later we were served with meager portions of curry and a sold dollop of rice. The waitress however was extremely apologetic. Absolutely THE last time.

Don't know what's going on here tonight. But the service and quality of food in the restaurant has been terrible. Have stayed at this hotel loads of times over the years as its close to a circuit we regularly race at. But after tonight will probably look for alternative accommodation. Service has been very poor, waiter in the restaurant took drinks orders which never came, so we went to the bar and ordered them mid way through our meal and we were then charged for drinks that never came, items were missing from our food order and we were made to feel we were an inconvenience for asking for what we ordered, we actually had to show the waiter on the menu what was supposed to come with our order, staff made plenty of attempts to move us on and close down the bar area a good 30 minutes before it was due to close. All in all its been a fairly poor experience. First time I've had a bad stay here in 15+ vistis over the years. But still overall unacceptable regardless of the previous good experiences.

It was a good experience. We had no place to sleep at midnight when our plain landed and we found the hotel. The service was fantastic and the hotel is clean and quiet. They have a pretty good breakfast schedule. Also the prices are good. We are students.
