“Excellent wonderful helpful cooperative staff. We reached around 7 in evening. We were given a family room. Room was excellent size with clean bedding. We were surprised to see the quality of toiletries which I have never seen in even the best of hotels. The only hotel I have seen in country where air conditioner floor heater and fan was provieded before arrival. The best part was the 2 young lads on reception in evening especially Luke. Both were extremely cooperative and helpful young boys. They helped us with each and everything. They never said NO to any request. I will highly recommend the hotel especially because of hospitality and wonderful attitude of young boys.”

“Brilliant - Booked a return flight Taxi and was in the early hours of the morning, long after their normal hours of work. It was nice to walk out of the airport doors and our taxi arrived dead on time as agreed 00.15hrs. The weather was attrocious and freezing so it was a relief that the Advanced Mini Cab was there bang on time. We also received a text to say the taxi had been dispatched prior to pick up and that was really reassuring. Cannot recommend enough as they keep their promises. “I have used One call Taxis of Rotherham on Three occasions within one week so far this week. I can not fault them, from first call to book, to getting the service I required, never a problem. Courteous, prompt, patient at all times. My needs were based around Hospital/Therapy sessions.
