   AVOID !!! 0 stars should be available for unprofessional services!!! The company missed to send the cab at the requested time (22 minutes delay) resulted in a missed train for 3. This costed me a significant additional cost to get in London on the same day in weekend. Even if was the company fault, they refused to refund the additional costs. At the office is no complaint form, and the management not answering to emails or phone. Shameless!!!

   Tried to book tonight 12 th December, but the customer service was shocking. I think this cabs company is on its last legs. The time was around 19:30 so not overly busy. No interaction , stayed at his computer shouting over to me Very lazy person, didn't even get up of his feet. Just absolutely shocking behaviour. Nearest taxi was 30 mins away. I left a called a UBER. Arrived within 8 mins 40% cheaper than this company.

   Will absolutely make you late for your hospital appointment! Booked the taxi the night before to guarantee my timely arrival, but the taxi was 45mins late meaning I lost my appointment with cardiology.... still charged full fare for the wasted journey, and the driver never apologised! How rude! Needless to say, I did not use this service to get home. And I will never use them again. Do not recommend!

   Glad I’m not the person who had paid to be in that car, as I take my personal safety as a matter of importance. No I’m just the person suffering shock, in the passenger seat of a car he crazily cut up on Wheatley hall road and almost caused a smash by skimming the front left wing of our car. This happened after watching him almost cause an accident a minute before near the rounds about doing the exact same to someone else weaving closely in and out of traffic. I assumed the driver must be under the Influence of something then saw it’s a private hire vehicle. What the hell, how is this person even allowed to drive let alone take members of the public and put them at risk like that? If the driver of our car hadn’t applied the brakes I’d probably have had my legs crushed from a side impact. Absolutely disgusted and still shaking as I’m in shock.

   What a shame. This company has gone so down hill and I’m not sure if it’s changed hands or what. I waited 20 minutes for a cab outside Doncaster station without a confirmation text. As a young woman travelling alone, I wasn’t not getting into a random cab or give a driver my details without a text message confirming the license plate. I called them back to ask what was happening and the man on the phone was incredibly abrupt, condescending and accused me of arguing when I never so much as raised my voice. They claimed they sent a cab then I called again to cancel it which wasn’t the truth. Overall I waited 45 minutes and ended up getting the bus home which was what I was trying to avoid. My mum called again on my behalf before I arrived home and was also met with the same lies and condescending attitude from the same man over the phone. We used this service for over 10 years. Completely unacceptable and very disappointing. They claimed their text line was down, so why didn’t they explain that on the phone or at least tell me the REG of the cab so I knew where to go? Common sense, really.

   Excellent service. Clean cars and friendly, professional drivers. Always prioritise you if you are alone somewhere. I get them when visiting a family grave at the crematorium. They always get there in a few minutes.

   Booked a taxi night before giving them plenty notice for my booking,taxi was 30mins late it was clearing in the same area as i was supposed to be picked up from. I have now missed a day off work and will never ever book from here again.

   Office staff were very helpful and helped in every possible way. Unlike other taxi companies who are rude and rush to get you off the phone. We had 2 cars from home to town and the drivers were brilliant friendly and talkative we also booked 2 more taxis back from town home and they are always on time. Reasonable prices. Cannot recommend enough

   I used this service for a ride home this weekend. All good apart from they requested cash immediately when I got in the car. Consequently this led to me leaving my wallet (with £80 cash) in the car and when I called to get it back they had absolutely no knowledge of it! What a shocker! I’ll call that theft.

   Generally excellent. 1 star short because twice in last 6 months they left me and my 8 year old outside school in pouring rain with a 1.8m walk home. Also overcharged me once by £3.00.
