“Thankyou so much to Johnny at YourCabs for helping us out last minute today. After being turned down for a wheelchair accessible taxi 4 times, I was so relieved. Johnny travelled all the way from Doncaster to Epworth to help my grandparents complete a very short journey which would have been very complex due to my Grandad being wheelchair bound. Johnny was polite, friendly and kept me informed when he was delayed. Grandad was very impressed with the winch and ramp, his first time in an accessible vehicle. Highly recommend. Thankyou!”

But it’s the staff who make it such a great place to stay, always happy to help, to provide great service and always with a smile. It’s a great team. I would however agree with one of the comments that the breakfast is overpriced. But overall I would highly recommend it.”

“The hotel was lovely, it smelled fresh and clean on arrival. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was ample, the beds were very comfortable with a choice of soft or hard pillows. The hotel had free Wi-Fi. The shower was hot a powerful. The hotel is very strict about the rules of having a dog. The breakfast was self service and plenty to choose from, hot breakfast, cereals, pastry's. Our room was overlooking a busy road, we heard the traffic most of the night. Overall - excellent hotel, we would definitely stay here again (but chose a different room location).”

“Excellent wonderful helpful cooperative staff. We reached around 7 in evening. We were given a family room. Room was excellent size with clean bedding. We were surprised to see the quality of toiletries which I have never seen in even the best of hotels. The only hotel I have seen in country where air conditioner floor heater and fan was provieded before arrival. The best part was the 2 young lads on reception in evening especially Luke. Both were extremely cooperative and helpful young boys. They helped us with each and everything. They never said NO to any request. I will highly recommend the hotel especially because of hospitality and wonderful attitude of young boys.”

The booking process was very efficient & put us at ease straight away and we were also contacted on the day with all the details of who would collect us. Our flight turned out to be a nightmare, as it was delayed overnight, but nothing was too much trouble for Alliance. We knew Shehzad would have set off when we found out about the cancellation, but this was not an issue & he came for us the following morning. We couldn't imagine other taxi companies doing the same! “The parish used A1 Express Travel at short notice to take us to a funeral in Shipley. The coach arrived exactly on time. The driver Paz stayed with us all day and patiently fit in a cafe stop when we arrived early, transported us from the church across town to the cemetery and then back to Bingley for refreshments.
