Super soft towels, quality bed linen, a fully set dining table, TV, WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, fresh milk, juice, fizz, brownies, we were truly spoilt. Immaculately clean and so well equipped. Top notch accommodation, ten out of ten.”

“Here for a works event but what a great hotel indeed! Absolutely fantastic rooms! Clean tidy and very welcoming staff all round! Can’t wait to return with my family when on out travels as we will drop in here for a stay, wonderful layout, great gardens and so easy to get to and find! Highly recommended indeed! “Stayed at HEX on a coach trip from Cornwall. This is a fantastic hotel the concept of the hotel is fantastic. Rooms modern very clean well equipped. A separate resutrant and bar fantastic to be seperate from rooms. Great to have wildlife park on the complex no travelling. Also a complex of shops places to eat and coffee shops. The staff are wonderful so friendly can't do enough for you it's all the extra care to detail to make your stay great I have stayed in a lot of hotels Hex is first class. Highly recommended. Thanks to all staff see you again.”

“I love this hotel. It’s quirky, original and fun!! It’s also impeccably maintained with spacious comfortable rooms. But it’s the staff who make it such a great place to stay, always happy to help, to provide great service and always with a smile. It’s a great team. I would however agree with one of the comments that the breakfast is overpriced. But overall I would highly recommend it.”

“Booked for a table of 18 for Sunday dinner, and the communication between the staff when organising the table & pre-orders was great. Food was delicious (especially beef brisket!) Great play area for the kids to run around too. Staff all friendly & happy. Lovely feel from the pub!”

“I have been staying with the pastures hotel for around 2/3 year through work purpose. I have to travel around 2/3 hours sometimes to get there, The staff are nothing but warm and friendly, they are always happy to help and super approachable. The rooms are always made up lovely, I have been fortunate to stay in a few of the suites, last one being the bridal suite which was absolutely amazing. Sometimes I can be there for a few weeks at a time, I have always felt the staff were very hospitable which is reassuring when you’re away for a while in an area you’re not totally familiar with. I’d like to mention that Sharon and Michelle in particular are a credit to the hotel and have always been super welcoming!”

“Called into the Restaurant for a drink after a long walk around the Lake. Although the restaurant was busy the staff were attentive, polite, in Xmas spirit and the atmosphere felt festive and warm.”

“This is my 4th visit to the Premier. Always the friendliest greeting. Jill was on reception & I must say she is a credit to the Hotel, with her warm smile and welcoming conversation, nothing is too much trouble for her, also this was the 1st time i have had breakfast. We had the all you can eat continental. Porridge was lovely as was the pancakes. We were looked after by the lovely Bernie, who again couldn't have looked after us more. Another credit to the hotel. Definitely the only place I'll stay when visiting Doncaster.”

“The hotel was lovely, it smelled fresh and clean on arrival. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was ample, the beds were very comfortable with a choice of soft or hard pillows. The hotel had free Wi-Fi. The shower was hot a powerful. The hotel is very strict about the rules of having a dog. The breakfast was self service and plenty to choose from, hot breakfast, cereals, pastry's. Our room was overlooking a busy road, we heard the traffic most of the night. Overall - excellent hotel, we would definitely stay here again (but chose a different room location).”

“When we set a date to get married the 1st venue we booked to view was the holiday inn, when we arrived we just knew it was the venue for us, so without hesitation we booked, that was 80 weeks ago. We have just had our special day on Saturday, and what a day it was. From the initial booking to the day, noting was too much trouble, Olivia was very attentive, responded to all of our questions and helped us get everything organised so our day would go without issue. It was the most amazing day. All of the staff where amazing, Olivia and Richard made sure everything ran smoothly, nothing was too much trouble for either of them or any of the staff. Even our guests said how lovely and friendly each and every staff member was. They all played their part and made sure our day went as smooth as possible and without any issues. If there was one, we didnt know about it. Thank you all again for making our day as special and amazing as it was. We would recommend this venue and the amazing team in a heartbeat. “Can’t comment on the hotel but just had Sunday lunch, we got the platter for 2 and the portion is amazing! Could have easily fed 3 people. Beef was a little too well done for me (that’s just personal preference) but they’ll chicken was well seasoned and the pork belly melted in your mouth! Amazing service from Simon and the team! Always happy to help and nothings too much trouble!”

“Duncan looked after my dog Alfie and he was brilliant. I have booked two holidays with him and will always have Alfie stay with him. Michelle Clarke. Duncan walks my dog Bailly everyday and has him when I am on holiday. Get is brilliant with bailly and also works with any problem you have with your dog as baily wasn't good around other dogs but Duncan is working with him and he is a lot better. Jayne bailly mum”

“Clean and spacious room and bathroom. As is pretty standard now most of the sockets in the room have built in USB chargers, so just being a USB cable with you to charge your phone. Not sure if it was due to the current fuel prices, but it was nice that for once the room wasn't overbearingly hot on arrival. Only downside was that check-in was very slow, it took almost 30 mins (arrived just behind another group).”

“Stayed here for 1 night for my boyfriends birthday. Lovely room. Staff went above and beyond. Had a room overlooking runway which was a bonus. Breakfast was best we have had in a while. Will definatly be staying here again”

“Excellent wonderful helpful cooperative staff. We reached around 7 in evening. We were given a family room. Room was excellent size with clean bedding. We were surprised to see the quality of toiletries which I have never seen in even the best of hotels. The only hotel I have seen in country where air conditioner floor heater and fan was provieded before arrival. The best part was the 2 young lads on reception in evening especially Luke. Both were extremely cooperative and helpful young boys. They helped us with each and everything. They never said NO to any request. I will highly recommend the hotel especially because of hospitality and wonderful attitude of young boys.”

“I stayed for just one night and was pleasantly surprised. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was really comfortable, and everything felt well looked after. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Although there were a couple of minor issues, they didn’t impact my stay at all. It was a warm night, so I had the window open and could occasionally smell smoke from people on the balcony – not a problem for me, but something to be aware of if you’re sensitive to that. Also, the power to the sockets tripped at some point overnight, but I didn’t need to use them in the morning so it wasn’t an issue for me. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay again. It definitely exceeded my expectations!”

“I stayed here for 1 night on a business trip and was not disappointed. The owners, Richard and Kerry are outstanding and cant do enough for you. The room I was in was very large, had a comfy bed, sitting table, living area and great shower room. There was fresh bread, milk and fruit in the room which made it so easy for breakfast in the morning. The only disappointment I had was not getting there earlier for a good look around :-). Highly recommended!”

“Lovely house, immaculately clean and brilliant comfortable beds. In a really nice, safe neighbourhood. Great little garden to sit in and enjoy the sun. Would highly recommend.”

“It's a quiet site on the edge of Misterton. The wardens Mags and Phil are welcoming and helpful as are the owners Chris and Phil. We've been coming here now for the best part of 3 years with our touring caravan as it's only a 30 min drive away for us and a break from town life. We love the quietness, the cycling and the area for a walk as (it's close to a river/canal). On site the pitches are all numbered and generous in size and we feel appropriately priced considering that families and awnings/ehu are included. If you don't want ehu a reduction in price is given. The summer visitors of Swallows can be watched dipping and diving around the site in and out of the barn. There's a play area with a field for kids as long they are supervised. Wildlife is noticeable we've seen Kestrels, Swallows, Robins, Terns, Common Buzzards. Close by within a 10 min walk is a great chippy, chinese takeaway, pizza place. A shop and butchers aswell a 2 pubs a short walk away if you want to eat out. We've had a nice quiet few long weekends over the past 3 weeks, and enjoyed every minute.”

“You can't go wrong at this wonderful pub. The food is superb, all the ingredients are locally sourced and cooked to perfection. You've got to try their full English breakfasts, especially the large belly buster. 3 sausage, 3 bacon 2 eggs, 2 hash browns, black pudding ( my fav), beans and plum tomatoes, comes with toast and tea. Me being greedy ask for fried bread on top....fantastic. But then, you've got to try their homemade pies, packed with filling to the brim, simply the best. They have lots of offers on different nights, so it's always worth calling in for a feast....”

“What a lovely guesthouse! The owner goes above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and well cared for. They have a room downstairs for disabled guests and a private car park, both plusses. We'd definitely stay here again.”
