   0/10 Don’t book this place , staff were rude when challenged about dirty bedding and room stank. No food hygiene certificate and staff seemed unwilling to help when questioned. Should have read all the reviews before booking.

   Recepcionist was so professional and friendly, but the hotel has NOTHING to be with the photos at Google maps, looks old inside, simple, poor, and the rooms are at the limit to pay 48£ to be honest. The best, the car park and the location, mattress was OK as well.

   Thats the email that i sent to get refund still no response.. Our expectations completely droped to the ground.. From the first step in to the hotel masive rat has crossed our path, on the pictures when we've booked it was advertised with a bar and a pool table but  apparently it was out of order. We asked a person behind the desk (receptionist) what was this all about and she claimd that (she doesn't work there and only covering someone) ok. We closed our eyes on all of this and headed towards the room 218, insted of 3 single beds we got 2 single beds and the room looked like after a party.. Hair everywhere, carpit is in nasty stains, walls had kicking marks, AC conditioning was literally falling apart and obviously it wasn't working. We left the room and headed out to find a different hotel. And we would like to get a refund in immediate request

   Excellent wonderful helpful cooperative staff. We reached around 7 in evening. We were given a family room. Room was excellent size with clean bedding. We were surprised to see the quality of toiletries which I have never seen in even the best of hotels. The only hotel I have seen in country where air conditioner floor heater and fan was provieded before arrival. The best part was the 2 young lads on reception in evening especially Luke. Both were extremely cooperative and helpful young boys. They helped us with each and everything. They never said NO to any request. I will highly recommend the hotel especially because of hospitality and wonderful attitude of young boys.

   Good location but tight parking spaces. Room was averagely clean at best with the bathroom a little grubby in places. Bed was comfy, although the mouldy teabag in the cup was an unpleasant find. Staff were very apologetic. Very cheap (although breakfast seemed steep at £9 per person) and I guess you get what you pay for. Would recommend if you just need a cheap bed for the night, I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a anything more.
