First time in a Travelodge in a long while. The Gainsborough one is good, I’m quietly surprised how good it was. Clean, well kept rooms, decent showers and super bed. Plus as a Brucey bonus: the Italian next door is superb Will certainly use this Travelodge again

The only flaw is the views, but it is situated right in the middle of Gainsborough. The hotel itself is immaculate, fairly priced and honestly I've stayed in quite a few hotels and the ladies on the front desk here are the most lovely, polite and helpful hotel staff I've had. Thank you for an awesome stay.

We didn't stay at the Travelodge we just went into the restaurant below for lunch. The sevice was very good and the staff very friendly the food itself was delicious. I had chicken in mushroom sauce and my son had pork in a sauce bothe were perfect. I couldn't give it a better review I would definitely recommend it and will be going again. Thank you

The most peaceful and comfortable sleep I've ever had at a Travelodge not sure if it's because the staff allocate different floors for business and leisure guests but we weren't disturbed? Very clean corridor, nice clean smell throughout the hotel. The reception staff were very pleasant. Only quibble was the gel soap dispenser was a bit wonky.

We were booked in by the housing association whilst they carry out repairs. We were told they don't accept these bookings when we got there, so I said I would go online and book myself so it's not through housing association. Again told they wouldn't accept that either, seems if you're housing association tenants then you're not good enough. From now on I will never go to another travel lodge again and I will be advising friends and family to avoid using them too.

Myself and my dad just got back from a two day stay here and just had to give a shout out to the staff for the brilliant service we got and particularly Jamie and Anna for looking after any request we had at any time day or night rooms were nice but the service better

Good hotel spoiled by parking arrangement. £25 fine if you don’t put a ticket on your car by 8am that can’t be purchased at the hotel. Hotel inform after fine that the Council come every morning at 8. They should warn you on check in !

Overnight stay, lovely young lady at reception to book us in, room immaculate and had everything you need for a short stay. Great central location with parking in front of the entrance. Really good night sleep and great stay.

The rooms were fine, service was good. Location good. The parking situation is a complete pain. You can buy 24 hour parking from the app and hotel staff will give you a permit. I only wanted to buy a couple of hours each morning as I was out most of the day. I had to keep setting my alarm each morning just to pay on the Ringo app as it couldn't be done in advance. I am sure the council and hotel could come to some agreement on how to manage this better as I wouldn't stay again due to this issue.
