The hotel wasnβt great. There was a weird smell around the place the WiFi barely worked and I kept seeing the same staff on shift literally 24 hours straight which I found really odd. The whole place seems full of council/homeless people now so it didnβt really feel like a proper hotel vibe Everything just felt really outdated too Not sure if Iβd stay again

Iβve been coming here as a regular multiple times. With the times Iβve been coming here the fire alarm has been set off on multiple occasions during the NIGHT not only disturbing me, but others who are staying within the hotel. This is completely unacceptable and no use calling yourself a hotel when you donβt even have a night porter to help dissolve these situations. Iβve seen the same staff during the day and night and bless them they seem like they donβt even get to have a break always being on standby for these horrific situations. Who ever the owners are of this place really need to reconsider their business motives because it seems like they donβt care about customer satisfaction or feedback since there are also other reviews similar to what I have written.

I have had an absolute terrible experience staying at the hotel. Donβt get me wrong the best parts of the hotel have been the two lovely ladies who have helped and assisted me throughout my stay and the location is great to be centred in the city centre however, the worst part which is alarming is that I saw stains through the duvet cover and I had removed the cover to see the absolute state of the bed. Even for the pillows itself I saw stains through the covers and looked like it hasnβt changed in years! This is absolutely disgusting and unhygienic and is a health and safety issue. I will be reporting said matter to the health and safety department cause there is no way a hotel should be operating like this. Another issue which I think should be looked at is the WiFi. Although there is free WiFi to be offered but the connection itself has been nothing but a detriment to myself and my work, so I canβt imagine how operations are able to function properly with the poor quality of it. For a standard hotel that provides free WiFi I would expect it to be reliable and ranges well within the whole hotel itself.

Need accommodation asap. On our way to Gainsborough right now (2:15am) and have been let down with planned accommodation. Everywhere in Gainsborough and surrounding areas areas are full except this place. Explained our situation and that we have 2 children with us .. had clearly woke the lady in the phone up, and she clearly couldn't be bothered to deal with a check in regardless of the website saying they were open

If i could give 0 i would. Parking was just WEIRD was like an abandoned barn. Walked through what felt abandoned again pitch black room to get to reception. Nobody was there but us apart from one reception worker. Room was horrible, Rock solid bed. Dirty. Weird vibe WAS JUST NOT RIGHT Went downstairs within 15 mins of checking in to say we werenβt staying. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

To charge 46 quid fora room smaller than a prison cell is nothing short of criminal. I paid 2 quid more for a double room with king size bed and balcony and breakfast in Blackpool last week.

I stayed one night at the hotel on 15th July 2022. The hotel is very centrally located with easy access to their private secure parking. Sunil, the manager, and his staff were very polite and helpful. After I checked out I received a call from Sunil to inform me that my digital Samsung watch (worth over Β£200) had been found in my room by housekeeping. It was too late to return as I was an hour plus into my journey. At that time I wasn't aware it was missing. The integrity of the staff is truly commendable . My watch arrived safely in the post yesterday. Again thank you Sunil for all your assistance and for a pleasant stay. I recommend a visit"

This hotel is an old heritage kind of property yet comes with a Great Comfort of all the luxuries that you get in a Supreme staycation in mid of the Town. Newly Renovated Rooms, Big Size Mattresses , Ensuite Bath and shower, Free Wifi and Big Tele. Rooms are in Shining Condition and equipped with all the modern amenities. Secured car parking is a big Plus. Decent Management and nice smells inside the rooms and corridors. Additionally the price is cherry on the cake. Keep it up. :-)

The hotel looks like it has closed down from the outside. When I arrived everything was locked up, and the bar area is closed and empty. Someone also looking to enter called the hotel, then a friendly person did open up and showed me my 2nd floor room. I didnβt see a lift. The room was very nice and clean. The public areas do look very tired though. The room had a good bed, good tv and electric wall heater. The shower was decent in the well decorated bathroom. An iron and board was available in the corridor. Car park was available but needed the staff member to open the shutters as this cannot be done from the outside. No other staff were seen during the one night stay. No breakfast offered, room only stay. If the downstairs area is refurbished this could be a good place to stay.

I have never checked out early of any hotel ever. This was dusty, mugs with tea stains, marks on bedding and curtains, taps connected to wrong supplies, no bed side light. Nothing in hotel except reception. Did not feel safe. Please consider before booking.
