Another great stay at Hilton Doncaster. The hotel is spotless, the staff work really hard and deliver excellent service. The reception staff are always polite and efficient especially Gina who always has a smile on her face!! Will definitely stay again.
Spent 1 night only for a work event. Nice comfortable rooms and attentive staff. Breakfast had good selection of good quality food.
I've stayed at this hotel for about 5 weeks recently due to ongoing work in Doncaster. The hotel and its staff are incredible. The rooms are spacious, modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff have always gone above and beyond to help any of my enquiries and I'm incredibly grateful for the way they have treated me. I feel it truly is the best hotel in the area for it's facilities and customer service. It is with a sincere thank you to the staff for making my stay at the Hilton Garden inn extremely memorable. Keep up the incredible work!
An absolutely fantastic stay! The room was stunning—beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The service was top-notch from start to finish; the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
This was our first stay in this Hilton & from arrival we were happy with what we experienced. Check in staff were, polite, helpful & cheerful, which after a long journey & late evening arrival does make a difference. Both the rooms we had were clean, working air-conditioning & nicely presented. The beds, towels, tea, coffee etc were all clean & fresh. One room was an assisted room & the facilities were really well laid out for a wheelchair user in mind. All the expected fixtures/fittings were nice & clean & fully working. We had breakfast around 9am, the staff helped us to our table, which again was all clean & well presented. Even though we were towards the end of service all the food was fully stocked, hot & pretty fresh. There's a large assortment of options, including a waffle maker, pancakes, fruits, yoghurts, cooked & cold meats etc. The English breakfast had a nice selection of perfectly cooked items & I must also give credit to Sully who's a brilliant asset to the team for being one of the few chefs I've come across that knows how to make perfect scrambled eggs, such a refreshing change! During breakfast the staff were perfect & nothing was too much trouble. During our stay the only issues we had were the rooms key stopped working, which one was quickly rectified by reception & the other by staff that happened to be on our floor. Also whilst the room on floor two was clean etc there were a couple of broken fixings (one being a missing light switch on the bedside that a small child could potentially push their finger in) & for this reason it is only 4 stars. Overall it was an enjoyable stay, beds are comfortable, the view of the racecourse in the morning is a welcome plus & accessable wise for wheelchair users is ideal, even down to the parking so we would definitely return in the future.
Spent the weekend in a king room which was of ample size, fridge, iron, ironing board, safe, kettle and phone as standard. Great view of doncaster racecourse from my room. Room service was prompt and the food was good. Easy check in and has a large secure car park (£5 extra per night)
Stayed for a week on business. Great room, clean, comfortable, quiet. Great view of the racecourse. Food tasted great, however portions a little small given the price. Gym was good enough, a little on the small side, but had treadmill and weights so good enough for me.
My first time stating here for a business event. Room was very good, very clean and tidy. Shower could have been a little hotter but no major gripes. Stayed on the 4th floor room overlooked the racecourse. Breakfast in the rate. Breakfast is a buffet style which I prefer. And this one had fried bread, and black pudding, which I find so rare these days Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back.
Only stayed the one night, however everything about this hotel is excellent. The location, staff, and rooms are first class. Breakfast buffet has a great choice of food to suit everyone’s needs.
