   Extremely Rude Delivery Driver – Very Disappointed We had a delivery this morning from Hallam Express, and the experience was unacceptable. The driver, an older man, arrived in a vehicle with registration number YK23 WPE. When he asked where to drop the parcel, I clearly told him to put it in the correct place. Despite this, he dropped it somewhere else. When I politely asked if he could move it, he started shouting, swearing, and being incredibly rude. His aggressive behaviour was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I’ve never experienced anything like this from a delivery service before. Hallam Express – this is not how customers should be treated. I hope this matter is taken seriously and dealt with appropriately.

   Driver delivered. Asked him politely if he can push the item to the wall to secure it. He had a bad attitude and told me that you can push it by yourself. Since I have a back problem and he had trolly. I told him that I had a back problem, he replies " so do I" . If Hallam if this company has sick drivers with attitude problem, they should not be sending them for delivering the goods. Very unpleasant experience at the start of the day.

   As per previous review, I have had the same experience. The driver is rude every time, pallets are broken and he gets angry that I ask for him to wait while I check the deliveries for damage. Yet if we sign without checking we can't claim for the damage.
