   Can't be bothered taxing their vehicles - wonder what other horrors their fleet is hiding. You'd think keeping all their vehicles taxed, insured, MOTd and maintained properly would be a priority.

   Lost a customer cause of them....Never on time for collection. You have to keep calling for updates. Staff keep lieing and keep giving you false information. Ruddest staff. Even manager are rude. Ready to fight and insult. When asked to talk to a manager. The staff completely declined it and insisted on talking to him and kept talking over.

   AVOID! There are way better companies out there that appreciate your business, after the conversation with a gentleman this morning from there transport department, he made me feel that my frozen goods to the amount of £750 arriving a day late was my fault and had no right contacting them to question this. There was no notification that they failed to deliver and would be the next day. After having paid a member of staff to stay on to recieve a food order that was never coming I will never use this company again. So be careful choosing this company reviews like this are very real and should be taken note of to avoid this happening with anyone else our hard earned money should be taken more seriously.

   Saw the van on the M1 last night and they pre-emptively changed lanes as I was approaching a lorry. You just don't really get that many drivers like that anymore. Was such a kind gesture. Exceptional driving. Sincerely, A roadsick key worker
