   Do not use. Was told I'd receive a call prior to deliver which I explained was essential to allow access to the property. The driver didn't do this and immediately and rudely told me this wasn't his problem. Called customer services who weren't very helpful and just made excuses about them not being able to control their drivers. Parcel ended up being delivered at the roadside, a total joke.

   Do not use this company, they are dishonest!! One of their drivers crashed into my car last August, the driver named Andy unless he told a lie said he was sorry and to claim on their insurance , they have now denied that he was there on the day of the incident!! , they have changed their tracker on that lorry and said it wasn’t the correct registration number just to avoid paying for the repair even though i have a photo. If i see him again i will give him a piece of my mind, disgusting!!!! I am now going to contact head office and will put it all over social media. I am fuming, how can they get away with it!!!

   Very bad communication and service. We have had issues with our account for weeks and after calling and emailing many times they still haven't solved our account issue. We have let our customers down because of them. Will never use them again.

   I had the privilege of visiting Griffins today to pick up a very sensitive and fragile package from Hannover. The staff were very polite and helpful. The sales director Owen was on site and even took the package to my car for me! What a legend! Highly recommended for their care and support.
